Northland Group is a contract collection agency for Capital One accounts. They call several times each day and rarely leave a message. If they do, it says call us back. They won't tell you what they want until you provide them your information name, address, phone, etc. I've stopped answering but they keep ringing at all different times day and night.

They never leave a message on my voice mail, and if you do pick up, they won't ask you for any information, just ask you questions.

don't know who they are, when you call back, the answer the phone as Northland Group and refuse to tell you who they are until you give them your phone number.  When I Googled they're name, it came up as a Professional Collection Agency in Edina, MN
