I am getting this area code call and don't answer because I'm on the Do Not Call list and have read the scams others report.  I do have a Target account, if it IS Target, but am current on my bill.  Sometimes I think I'll cancel my land line, but I get such calls on my cell too.

They just called & when answered no one talked & then they hung up on me.

Just got a call from this number but called ID said Broadview Media. If it is Target, they can quit calling, they're getting all they are gonna get out of me monthly.

This # 952-852-0003 keeps calling me and when i answer i get nothing-I have a target card but have paid them ontime soI dont even know why they are calling? I answer the call and no one answers

This number and the people behind are still around trying to upset and p****off people. I've been getting phone calls from it for the past few days.

I called Target debit card services and was informed that 952-852-0003 had no connection to Target Corporation.  I'm reporting the calls to the Federal Communications Commission.  If it persists, I'll report it to the FBI.

I have had over 30 calls form Target over a bill I did not run up. Called the fraud department and notified them of unauthorized use. They said they would take care of it, but I still get calls almost every day.

The person did not even have my card. If Target had proper safeguards at the stores, nobody could purchase with just a card number.

That being said, Target?s internal departments need to communicate with each other. I was told they have removed my phone number from the automatic call list. Not so.

I would strongly recommend to anyone interested in a Target card- don?t do it!

I wonder if Target sold my phone number to a third party?

According to other sites, this is Target.

Target National Bank. They keep calling with "an important business matter" and a different x number and different caller each time.

Due to the name coming up on the caller ID I'm going with this being Target Financial Services. They ca;ll using this and several other numbers. Have not answered, but they fill up the voice mail box in a matter of hours. The easy answer to get them to stop calling is to pay the bill, this I know. And I did that yesterday, just don't think that they've gotten the memo or care.

If you can prove that you have no debt with the company attempting to get the debt from you or that the person they want does not live at your address I believe that there is recourse, check with your State's Attorney's Office and/or the Better Business Bureau. And gather up the evidence, can be as simple as pulling the credit reports.

The name on my caller ID is Target TFS. They are calling a business, and we don't have any type of business relationship with Target. Our company doesn't even own any credit cards.

This is the latest of four numbers associated with Target that have called us in recent weeks. All of the calls are abandoned as soon as I answer with the company greeting, so I cannot determine why they are calling.

They are calling a business which has no accounts with them nor any other type of business relationship. This is just the latest number they call from, and all are abandoned calls so I don't know who they are trying to reach. Ihave an account with target and am current on my account but these people keep calling me,I 'm sick of it they have no reason to call me if my bill is paid I think it's a scam. STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!

As I tracked this 952-852-0003 used to be WaMu Chase now has all old WaMu, Washington Mutual.

This number is from Target. They had my number as a back up number to my dead beat EX brother-in-law. He gave it to them when he got his card. GREAT!!!  I told them I haven't seen him, nor spoken to him for over 3 years. I also told them to take my phone number off his account, the nimrod who I spoke with, said only he can take off the number!! I called my EX and told him to tell his bro to get my number off ASAP, or I was going to name him as the cause of harrasment calls.

2nd call was at 7am on a Saturday. Has been calling every hour since. Worse than a snooze button. They never leave a message. I screen numbers I dont know so I wont pick it up.

I have received at least 10 calls from this number when I answers they hang up and it getting anoining

keeps calling me throu out the day on my cell, which i do not answer since i am not familiar with this number.

Target Commercial Services, ask for someone I do not know. Inform them they have the wrong number. They continue to call. They, the moronic people who actually consider this a real job, don't even know the number they are calling. It is from a bank of numbers computer generated. They are like Cattle to Slaughter, waiting for the end, and getting paid crap if anything. They must feel so good about themselves, providing such a great disservice. Nothing like performing mindless calls to the wrong people all day. Push Cell Carriers to be responsible for number re-use.
Identify who is calling, inform them not to call, document and file complaints. Add numbers to DNC Lists.

My sister don't not live with me and I can give a phone number if I don't know who is calling my house. I will not give you her phone number and do not call me anymore. I am on don't call list too.
