they called and didn't leave a message, who is this?

I keep getting the same calls. Don't know...no message.

this is Pinnacle Financial Group. My past due Ann Taylor account was sent to them. I've dealt with Jason - he's awesome! He has always been super nice, and respectful toward me. I've never dealt with anyone else - Sorry for others bad experiences with them.

First thing anyone needs to know about calls from a collection company is that the company is not beholden to DNC registries as they are not in the business to sell anything to you. They are debt collectors attempting to collect a debt. I would advise you to pay your debts to stop receiving these phone calls.

they sent me one of those automated text messages saying "please call". rather annoying

lol :) must be one of the agents from PINNACLE FINANCIAL GROUP collection agency also trying to sell Carleton Sheets real estate course. Their toll-free number according to 800notes.com callers' comments, http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-540-3704 is 877-540-3704 from the same company. My caller id shows them calling from this toll-free number on 1/17/2008 thru 2/18/2008 for a total of 20 calls, that's almost a call a day, I think it's about time to change my number and would say this is a valid enough excuse not be charged if there is a charge.
