So far, I've blocked an 800- and a 412- number, this one is being blocked now too!!!!  Tired of being solicited by my own insurance company!

Hate this Cigna, they keep calling cell # for information

This number called me 3-4 times today. The last time, they finally left a message. It was indeed an automated dialer from Cigna asking me (by name) to call them back. I'm guessing it has something to do with the Wellaware program because they've called me before about that. I opted out, but I'm guessing now they found some other reason for it. Le sigh.

952-996-2971 keeps calling constantly, when I pick up nobody is there.

This is a CIGNA phone number dialed from an automated system.  They will call you at odd hours and especially on a weekend.  Go figure that.  I don't know their purpose and I have blocked their calls.  I guess their "Nurse" needs job security.

Yep. I changed from BCBS to Cigna a few months ago, and have been receiving mail and phone calls since I fill my first anti-depressant med on their plan. If they would quit reminding me I am depressed, my med might work better. :-)

This is CIGNA, they are so stupid that they can not configure their automated caller, I am getting calls at 9:00 PM and it hangs up because their operators are busy.

I believe you are right about telemarketers and solicitors--I get too many calls like this with no message or someone swearing it is not a solicitation call, but doesn't know my name?? Ideas on how to block calls like this?

This number has called me several times.  They finally left a message.  It was CIGNA with important information for me.  So, I called them back.  The guy said that they had a life coach available to me as part of my benefit plan to help with my depression.  I told him I didn't want to talk to anyone and he said OK.   I guess since I take Cymblta they feel I'm depressed and need someone to talk too?

Got a call from this number tonight(12/3/08)and something drove me to look it up online and here it is! This is not the first number to give calls and leave no messages. I believe it's telemarketers.

This phone number is for CIGNA Wellaware (Health service affiliated with Cigna Health Insurance)
They use an auto dialer when they need to contact you. If the dialer thinks it got an answering machine it hangs up. Not good for people who have "RingBack" on their cellphone. Just call them back on their 800 Number which you should already have.

Received a call for 2 rings, then it hung up... no message

Received a call at 2:43pm on 5/14/2008; I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer it.  They did not leave a message.
