hi everybody, this person called three times today. first of all they are claiming to be microsoft and they asked me if i use my computer for business or personal use. i asked what this is in regards to/ are they trying to sell me something? the guy had an indian/arabic/pakistani accent. SECOND OF ALL: they called out of area! i know this, because the code came up: 011, code, which comes up if you want to call out of the US. please try to help me out as to figuring out which country they're actually calling from. This number has called me eight times today yet will not say anything on any of the calls!!!  I am ready to scream!!!

Love it!  Hey if everyone had time and could do that, they could only annoy 3 people/hour.

Many calls a day, I usually don't answer.  Just did and the lying pos said he was Microsoft certified support, blah blah blah.  I only have Apple at home, he told me I was lying.  I'm pretty mild mannered but I laid into him the best I could.  Eventually there was silence on the other end.  I expect they will be calling back soon enough.  It's enough to make me think of giving up my land line and just having a cell.

The number called today? again? They said my PC was sending alerts to them? You know their normal canned message. I replied ?Great what was the NETBOIS name and IP of the computer?? their reply ?uhh your computer sent alerts??. Me: ?Great which one???. them:? ahh I have a product ID? go to this website??. Me ?you know I am a network engineer?? them: ?click?

I got 3 messages on my answering machine today from this number.  They called my LAN line home phone.  The message was just this person saying hello over and over again.  Sounded like an Asian accent.

I had a call a few weeks back where it's a person pretending to be from Windows (I have a Macbook) with an Indian accent asking about my computer.  I new it was a scam, so I just told the guy to wait while I booted up my computer and put the phone down.  Every few minutes I picked up the phone and said the computer was slow and just to hold on a few more minutes.  I must have kept him on the phone for 20 minutes.  I figure they are probably happy if someone hangs up right away, so I keep them on as long as possible ? haha.  I'm busy, but I'll always try to find time to f&ck with people who are trying to do the same to me.

Called said he was from Microsoft and have a very distinct accent. I received a call from them about a year ago and I contacted Microsoft. They said they do not call people like this. It is a scam and these people want to get control of your computer. I just told the guy I knew he was a fraud and he hung up.

This number is a scam and should NOT be answered and must be blocked.  

So annoying!!! When they call (not sure who they are) they never say anything!!! Usually just hangs up :/

Get 3 to 4 calls per day from this number. No answer only hear a goodbye. This is annoying.

Started getting calls from this number 953-267-6390 today, annoying... they will not leave a message and when you try to call the number back it says "the call can not be completed as dialed"! Plus I am unable to block the number with my privacy manager!

Business phone rang, CID showed not available. Answered obviously and "John" started his spiel about being with Microsoft and my computer sending out viruses and malware. I replied, "John, you're a scam, everyone knows it, don't call this number again." He repeated it, word for word, then hung up.

I keep getting calls from this number. They usually don't say anything right away, and I hang up. But I have also waited a little bit and then gotten the "this call is from microsoft to inform you that your computer has some fatal errors that need to be fixed." I just tell them that I don't have a computer, but that hasn't stopped the calls.

Use select call forwarding and send them to your states Attorney generals office

This number is not area code 953 but rather COUNTRY CODE 95 - Burma...

Talk about a spoofed number!

Been getting these calls. Today I have been called 3 times.

They told me my computer sent them a meesage saying it was running slow....hahaha thats a hoot whn they called back i told them i had to inform them they were being tracked as wee speak,just keep calling and calling.

received multiple calls from this number.  already on do not call list.  Doesn't seem to stop them.

the guy that called me i asked to speak to his suporviser, he just made his voice kinda froggy, start to tell them how to do the scam better really gets under their skin, and also play with the names he gives you they get so frustrated with that, that they won't hang up until way past hilarious, i got one of them to answer to a girls name for five mins, then he tried to explain for another five then call him by the right name they don'tknow what to do then cuss you out for being smarter than them

They called four times today- I missed the calls. Goggled the number and guess I am glad I didn't answer. When he calls next time.. I will let him know I have an apple-:)

I've rec'd 6 - 7 calls from this # in the last hour!!!!!!  Please make it stop!!!!!!!

This call comes in 3-4 times a day EVERY day for the last 2weeks. I answered 2 times to silence

I'd love to know that answer as well. 9 calls in 2 days.

by doing a political survey they got me 15 calls a day

ive had tons of calls from this number for "technical support" and just hang ups

Got a call from Anthony a bit ago from "windows tech" something-or-other. He said, "This is about your computer, ok?" Had an accent of some kind. I told him I didn't have windows computers but only apple. Silence, except for the background noise. I asked was he sure he had the right number. Still silence and I hung up.

Just received about 10 calls from same guy, Indian accent, said he was from Windows and that my computer had been hacked by virus. I'm in IT and I told no it wasn't. He said he needed access immediately, that I was in danger of losing all my information. I hung up on him, and reported # to Do Not Call list. Both my computers are well protected, Do not give this joker any information.

We have been getting calls from this number for over a week.  We refuse to answer the call since it says unavailable.  I will call my carrier to see if I can block the number
