Telling them to stop calling you on this site won't get you anywhere.  That's not what this site is for........

I get tons of calls from companies wanting to send me diabetes supplies.  If I can get the phone I have "abused" some of them and one got very upset about being abused......after he had called me 7 or 8 times in the span of about 30 minutes.  I did report that number but I have no idea how they get people's numbers.  I generally get "mad" at them but its more fun for me and I don't get too many return calls once I unload.  Makes me smile!  BUT, don't give them any information ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Report them on the do not call list.  Meantime a call blocker might be your best bet.

Call from this number - my phone said "California call" - asking if I wanted to receive a new meter.  I've told them at least (and this is no exaggeration) 50 times that I have a meter that works with my pump, and I am not interested.  They keep calling.  Morning, noon and evening.  Will use Tamianth's reply and report.

I received a call from "Smart Time Medical" soliciting a person I used to know many years prior.  My spouse, a police detective, checked them out.  They are found to be a fictitious fraudulent company just trying to obtain information about you.  If they call you, immediately hang up. We have reported them to the proper authorities.

I'm, also, receiving calls from a diabetic supply, in Portland, Oregon.  I've received these types calls, before.  They're after your medical insurance information. I ignore, their calls.

D-bag telemarketer calls all hours of the day and I am on the "Federal do not call list."

I only "pray" the Feds lock these Dd-bags up with the Spam King, who was convicted of spamming my email.

Then these "creeps" can learn the "prison life!"

Need an online petition to track these D-bags down & prosecute them.

Why are these people calling me? How did they get my name? I already have good health insurance (NOT Obamacare, thank God) and I get my supplies covered and delivered just fine. They do not take NO for an answer. How do you stop these people from calling you? You just get rid of one of them and another one pops up trying to sell me what I don't need.

Just got a call from this number... Caller-ID says only that it's a "Florida Call."

I entered the phone number into my web browser and among top 4 results is the company web site: http://www.smarttimemarketing.com/

And on their home page, they give this number that called me as the number I'm supposed to dial if I'd like them to handle some marketing for me.

Even their home page as much as says "We're a tele-marketing company... We'll call people for you to try selling them what we think they want." But they wouldn't dare come right out and say that...

Actually, if you EVER filled out one of those "interest surveys" online asking about medical supplies such as diabetes supplies, if you answered one of those surveys with answers making it look like you might want those supplies, they probably already have your answers recorded and will start calling you if they get a customer with those types of products to sell.

A Peter from this company (which displayed as unknown on my caller ID) called and started talking to me in personal manner regarding my Diabetic Supply delivery as if I has solicited his company to deliver my supplies. I had not and when he wanted my permission to send my testing supplies. He wanted my date of birth, mother's maiden name (I didn't give that out), my doctor's name and his phone number, I stopped him from talking and asked him why he is calling me, since I had already been enrolled by a company in Kansas, to have my supplies sent to me and what the name of his company is. He said he is in the Enrollment Department not sales and his company's name is Smart Time Medical and he now wants my permission to start sending my testing supplies. Yesterday I found out the company that I was doing business with can no longer obtain the testing supplies I want so they were going to change my meter without my permission. I have a meter I like to use and I will decide when I want to try a different meter. My meter is downloadable and most of the free ones sent out are not. Also, the one I use keeps track of my averages out to 30 days and stores more than 1000 readings. Some of the new pocket size meters don't do that. I did not call and ask anyone to find me a new company to deal with. I don't care to have these people calling and acting as if I solicited their business, I did not!
If Peter calls and starts asking you personal questions before he tells you what company he represents, tell him since you didn't solicit his business, you are going to hang up now. If he insists on talking to you tell him you have his number and when you want to do business with him you will call him.
