Report to Federal Trade Commission. They are already starting legal action against this outfit, and the more complaints they get, the more ammo they have to shut them down.

I've been getting the same kind of call for months from different phone numbers/area codes, all with the same prerecorded message offering to lower the interest rate on my credit card. I've had calls on my cell phone, home phone and work phone (at a bank, no less).

I've been reporting these violators to the FCC and the Do Not Call registry. I suggest you do the same. (I last got a call from the 954 number in mid-December, and the most  recent call of this type was today from (206) 214-5578.)

First off, the caller ID is fake.  They use a PBX that puts a phony ANI packet on the call and they do it through the internet, so it's as close to a free call for them as they can get.  

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS hit <1> to speak to a live person.  Start off the call politely by saying you have run up your card into thousands of dollars and you don't know what to do.  After you get them hooked, ask them seriously how they feel about being scum of the earth preying on people and start calling them every nasty name you can think of.

Fyi this is a scam. They say they're from card member services and want to lower your rate. As soon as I asked which card, they hung up. I'm sure they're trying to get account info from some old folks who don't know any better.

Like everyone else, I keep getting calls on my cell from this number and have also gotten a few at home.  The message machine at home picks up the recorded message, so I know it is the company offering lower interest.  Luckily I am never home or able to answer my cell when they call.

Ok, so I'm a truckdriver with nothing better to do than to screw with these people. First off you have torealize these idiots aren't qualified to be mop engineers in an adult themed venue. So when you answer the phone tell them they are the 5th caller and they have won the grand prize and all you need is their ssn and a valid credit card to confirm who they are.......actually had one convinced

I just got a call from this number, but was away from my phone. They call me everyday and if I say anything they hang up on me. I, too, am on the Natl DNC List! They must be scammers!!! BEWARE!!!

I pressed the button to ask the caller what the name of the company was and to take me off the list. He got defensive so I told him what he was doing was illegal and I am on the do not call list. He told me to f*** off and have a miserable rest of my life. Is this a real company?

Its a scam- I get the same calls originating from various Washington State numbers as well- apparently they try to get you on the line to give them credit card information and get very ticked off and hang up on you if try to give them a hard time.  The number is always different so its hard to block.  Log a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry *hopefully* they will eventually catch up with them and figure out how to stop these scammers.

I'm getting slightly perturbed at the recorded calls I keep getting from this %$#*& number!

Called my cell wanting to offer me the chance to lower my credit card interest rates.  When I pressed one to speak to an operator to inform them to remove me off their calling list, a gentleman answered asking if I am wanting to lower my interest rate.  As soon as I said "no," he hung up on me without having the chance to tell him not to call again.

I called number back, got voice mail said Frank was not available and mail box was full and to try call again later. Dont know a Frank in Florida....I blocked number

if you have an account with them they have ever right to call you, even if you are on the dnc list

Guy copped an attitude when i told him I was on a do not call list. If I could find out what company he represented, I would drop that card.

Why don't these credit card reduction services bite me... they can stop calling me NOW as I don't even have a credit card!!!!!!
