they said I owed money to multi loan source.

Did they say they were calling from multiloansource and were collecting a debt or I would be served  to go to court.

Did you hear from them again?  I got the same call today????

I got a call also stating I was going to be served legal papers. Who r they?

I just got the same call said he was a proccessor and was serving legal supeona papers and the Plantiff was SRG & Associates. Had my records looked up by a friend and there is no suit filed against me. Left me the number from SRG & associates 954-210-5336 but no number from him just his name.

They just called me and told me that he was a process server and needed to contact me ASAP, and that I have a package that is sealed, etc. I lied and said I was someone else and would give her (me) the message.  He told me he was with SRG & Associates.  Made me nervous, like I was going to get served or something!!!  But after reading all of this, it has to be a scam.

Caller ID appeared on TV screen (954-210-5336).  Did not recognize, screened and the caller hung up.  We did not answer.

LIARS,they are. Pretended to be from Microsoft,attempted to sell fixfor $99.00  I replied, "this computet gpong to be destroyed since hacker like you got my home phone number and you ARE NOT from Microsoft. They dont call nobody.  Hung up

Whose Microsoft computer has not been force powered-down or gone to blue screen in the past few months for any number of reasons?  That's the scam "Fix My Computer" used tonight..  

First they introduce themselves as agents of Microsoft working out of Texas whose mission it is to send out updates and fixes to legitimate Microsoft licensed systems.  They direct you to EVENTVWR and then have you sort on LEVEL so that those "Critical" error fly to the top of the list.  They tell you that these were all the times you computer uploaded information about a problem to Microsoft but "they" (Fix My Computer) were not able to send you the fixes because of all the problems on your computer.  

They tell you how very bad this is and how left unchecked will eventually destroy your computer.

And of course, they then ask you to let them "dial in" to your computer so they can fix your problems.

This is outright fraud and I thought that there were laws against it.  We ABSOLUTELY need some regulation around the internet soon so these guys can be put away permanently.

These people are trying to gain access to your computer by having you download TEAMVIEWER and running it then asking you for the ID and Password for your computer so they can remote access your computer. They do this by telling you that your computer is sending out ERRORS....
