These people are really reaching....my dad just called me and told me he had a message on his machine asking for my ex-husband of 7 years.  I am now re-married and have a different last name tean both my dad and my ex-husband.  I'm on good terms with the ex and am sure he doesn't owe any debts.  I'm sure this is some type of scam, I just can't figure out exactly what.  Makes me think that if you call back you incur some type of charge or they "cram" your phone number with charges....They left a phone number, 5 digit extension and a reference number.  They claimed the company was UCB.

Just now got a call from this number wanting to talk to my daughter. She has not lived with me for almost 20 years. Gave me a name and number wanting me to pass it on to her. Glad I checked this site first.
Caller gave her name as Ms. Pressley, 877-236-3770 x 63707

These people called my cell, my daughters, my two sons phones, and have the number for my daughter in law. The lady who called said her name was Susan and would not say what her last name was or what the call was about. Just that it was personal business for my son but she didn't know his number. He did get a call from an unavailable number but screens his calls. She left the number 877-305-3310 x 63917. The number goes to an automated machine stating thank you fir calling UCB someone will be with you shortly. Checked out their website apparently they are some sort united collection bureau. With a generic website that I had a contact link that did not work.

scam - picked up the phone said nothing and there was no one on the other end. Auto call system responding to the first one who says hello. Just hang up and report the call.

They just called my cell...rang 3 X and hung up. I'm on the no call list, doesn't seem to help, does it?

I am never delinquent. Called my personal cell for someone else and claimed it was a contact number for that person WHICH IT NEVER HAS BEEN!

they call me every day - sometimes 2 or 3 times, always leave a message they are trying to reach someone I don't know.  I answered once, told them to stop calling I did not know that person.  I also reported them to the do not call register.  Everyday they still call - I have that number blocked.

Caller wanted a number they should have had if it is legitimate. Could be a bill collector but person they asked for doesn't owe money. Caller would not give a reason why, only that it was personla business. Gave call back 800-890-8738 aswk for miss Langner. Only answered by a machine that says, "You have reached UCB please hold and then unanswered ringing. Yes we are on DO NOT CALL LIST.

This # keeps coming up on my cell phone, I don't know who they are. They needs to stop calling me.

I received a call from the above number, asking for someone that they could find with no problem. I think this call is to remind me of something.  A form of terror...

How legit are these people? There is no recent info.to support them.A lady called our home the other day.saying she is collecting for citibank.The total she gave is for a monthly bull we receive.directly from citi.Whats with this? We habe not recieved anything in writing from this company prior to the call.How do we get them to stop calling?

UBC  they called my daughter as well.. its funny cuz they were calling me asking to get a hold of her and they called both her numbers anyway!!    definitely fraud so do not call back or respond in any way shape or form..   Rember 900 numbers charge YOU !  it is not free.   So if you receive a strange inquiry (phone call, text or email)   BLOCK them... !!

The caller from this number, who never identifies herself, always asks for Natalie Allen. I have told her numerous times that there is no Natalie Allen at this number and that I have never heard of any Natalie Allen, that I am on the no call list , and that she should not ever call me again. She pays no attention to what I've said to her. I continue to get calls from this number, sometimes several a day. This is harassment and a violation of the no call legislation. I suspect this number is from a collection agency, but I can't find anything to substantiate that. I know that numerous other folks have had the same experience with this number that I have. If the perople behind this number can't follow the law, they should be shut down.

My parents in California received a phone call from "MR. VARGAS" from this phone number stating they are trying to collect a debt from my daughter, who is their granddaughter. He mentioned garnishing wages I left a message at the number on the phone, which was different than the 1 800 number he left.  I don't even know how they got my parents name or phone number.  Disturbing.

Received several calls from this number. If I dont know who it is I dont answer. Ifits a dept collector, I dont owe any money. I have put it on my auto block list.

This Number has come up on my caller ID fro the past several weeks. I did talk to one lady and I ask her to delete our number for the system. They are a hoax!!!!!

I have no idea who this is and the "company name" the caller gave doesn't come up on google.  I told him it was a personal phone only and the caller got verbally abusive.  I hung up and then he tried back but didn't leave a voicemail.

They dont leave a vm, Have no reason for them to call me.
