Recieved call on Jan 25

I recieved a text from a different number then the above but same message and when I called said the same thing about my prepaid visa card had been frozen and need to give my card # to unfreeze got the call in the morning but did not give my card # then looked up the number here on Google and saw all these complaints hope no one gets scammed on this

Same exact text here only it was 1-214-542-5300 from apache@plesk.dmsnl.nl

5151: notice@8455806061.macserver.local Account Update Due the suspicious activity on our networks your debit card has been temporary locked. To unl ock please call s 5151: ecurity department at 8455806061   .

I got the same text as well from nobody@www.ezhcare.com and the number 5150 I didn't try to call until today just to see what they would say.  I already contacted my bank and found that there wasn't any issues.

they are also using the  number  202- 821-4268. got same text saying call security department. text was from 5150

I got the same text message as everyone else -- "Due the suspicious activity . . . ". It came from 2065698564@vtext.com.

Definitely a phishing attempt. Do not enter or give your card number out.

**If you ever receive a message that your credit/debit/whatever card is locked/stolen/etc., never respond/reply to the number left with the message (including if it's a live person) with your account information. Instead, call your bank/credit issuer directly and speak with a representative that way to confirm that the warning you're getting is legitimate**

Must be a scam.  Called my bank they know nothing and used my card.

I recieved a text message today at 7:59 pm alerting me that "my visa debit card has been temporary locked" & gave me a number to call to resolve the issue. Calling the number leads to nothing but the recording asking you for your 16-digit card number. There is no option to speak with a live person. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like someone is phishing to get info to clone my card!

My only VISA is with THE BANCORP BANK. I have had a card from them Cloned where 1,000.00 was taken using my pin and the bank would not return my money. I had to file a police report with the local police department.

When the local police almost gave up on the case, I had to call the local FBI office. At that point, the local city dectective and I figured out where the ATM was located. We search the Videos and found a guy with six cloned cards withdrawing 5,000.00 in about 10 minutes.

CAUGHT THE A***OLE!

It is a scam don't respond.

I received the same text message today, June 13, 2012 at 2:03 p.m. from nobody@www.ezhcare.com. It said quote: "Account temporary locked! Due the (text had typo - they wrote "the" instead of to) suspicious activity on your account your visa debit card has been temporary locked. To unlock please call security department at 954-271-1400."

I wanted to pass this information on because similar posts regarding potential scams have helped me.

Due to suspicious activity on my visa debit card account and asked me to call this number to unlock.   When called, they just say that my Credit Union visa account has been locked and to enter the visa #'s to unlock it.  I don't own a debit visa with Credit union... This sounds like a scam....
