Got consecutive calls from this number ....a guy...made noices and coughed and did not say anything......called over and over again!

this number is from US building the sell metal buildings they are real bad about calling over and over again

called me and left no message- person is unknown to me

Looked for unknown person and insisted on calling despite numerous attempts at telling him he had the wrong number.
