I wanted some information on Health Insurance and filled out an online form and now I am getting numerous calls from 954 numbers.  I have received about 10 calls. I would suggest not filling out the online insurance thing.  Not sure how to make them stop calling.

How do these ppl get my cell number???

they are calling me at work and home, 3 times in just the last 5 minutes.  right after another call from another rotten number.  Health ins after I filled out a form looking for information.

I just wanted you to know that I am a Health Insurance Agent and one of the numbers listed above is my personal cell phone number.  I do not work for the company that is calling you, but perhaps I can shed some light on the process and why you get so many calls.

When someone goes to websites like einsurance and enter information, that "lead" is sold to a variety of companies that fit the description of what is listed as a need in the form.  Some people will fill in random phone numbers just to get to the quotes, and enter very general bits of information, so that is why it is sold to so many companies.  As an individual agent, I don't know if the lead is a real lead from someone needing help or from one of these random people.  So many of the calls you get are from folks like me just trying to help answer requests.  I usually do not call more than a time or two, but I know some agents are more persistent as they do not want to leave any stone uncovered. If the vm of the client does not have an outgoing greeting, we don't even know we are calling someone different than what is on the request.  

The best way to get these calls to stop is to take the call and ask to be removed, or to put your name in the outgoing vm greeting so we know we have the wrong number.  You may still get those robo-calls...but I can't really speak to that as our company does not use them.  I hope this helps.  Believe me...as a hard working Agent, I would rather spend my time calling folks who are interested rather than wasting time and bothering those that are not.  :)

I had the same thing.  4 calls one right after the other.  The voice mail I got indicated the number was 954-363-7101 but the caller id displayed different numbers each time I got the call.  2 were open air, I could hear someone talking/laughing for a while then a hang up, 1 message was from a  female who said you signed up for healthcare please call back and left a number.  Then immediately a male called and left a message saying it was for a couple in Texas who sighed up for health care quotes. All sounded very unprofessional and short in the messages.

I also keep getting calls from this number, along with several others. In the last 4 hours, I have received over 15 calls from this company....I'm at the point where I'm ready to go buy one of those portable airhorns and let it loose on the next sales rep that calls! Seriously, is there NOTHING that can be done about this??? This is very disruptive while I'm at work...

Don't know why this number keeps calling me

I just got a call from this number and left me a message but hung up in the voicemail. RUDE!

A man called twice from this number.  I told him it was my cell phone and if he had a health insurance quote to e-mail it to me.  He continued on asking what kind of plan I wanted.  Finally, I told him to e-mail and he just hung up.

Got a call from this and 3 other numbers who tried to say i filled out an application for health insurance. Left me 3 different voice mails. I had a virus on my computer and i think that is how they got my information. Probably a phishing scam. BEWARE!

well i was just getting a health insurance quote and it wasnt even five minutes and i got a call from this number. i just pretended like i didnt know what he was talking about. seriously what are these people doing? waiting for someone to get a quote and then try to scam them? then he said that he would take me off the help list. thank goodness!

Try calling the number back and select 0 when you hear a voice, simply tell them to remove your phone number so the calls stop. I believe by law if you tell them to stop they have to obide by your request. Just make sure you write down the name of the person, date ad time you made the request.

This phone number has called here atleast 6 times yeesterday and by noon the next day 4 more times.They do the same to me as everyone else. They will not leave a message.Call the number select 0, just tell them you want to remove your phone number so the calls stop.

i just got a call from this number (954-315-1366 and they left no message.

I had a similar experience as well. Except this guy called me 4 times with three seperate (954) phone numbers 954-315-1366, 954-741-5505, and 954-358-1254. He kept asking for "Kudis Ali". Like if he wasnt there the first time you called, try a diferent number and maybe he would magically appear..   Very annoying how these types of businesses obtain our phone numbers. Is there any way to stop this, or at least block those numbers from reaching my phone?

This number has called me 3 times in a half hour and won't leave a message.  It is from a health insurance company in Florida.  It's getting ridiculous.

Same as everyone...except they attempted to call me 7 times yesterday and 5 more today...they hung up once I said hello

Same thing...visited a website about health insurance. immediately got a phone call...I said hello and he hung up...this went on 3 times till I finally dog cussed him when I answered instead of saying hello.

Got a call from someone asking if I am looking for health-insurance. Caller hung up when I asked him how he got my number.
