Dale Cinicollo-Impact_ 1-800-742-7656 extension 132, he is very rude & will not stop calling our business, i am reporting him today! to the highest person at Impact! No salesperson should ever be this way, in total amazement that a company would let someone like this work for them. I believe that if he would have been in front of me after asking for the 20th or so time if my boss was in & being told no, he would have been violent! he actually scared me over the phone. WILL NOT do business with this company

I just received a phone call from I think his name was Dale to our company.  I kindly told him I wasn’t interested and had hung up.  He calls back and I don’t answer because I knew it was him again.  He calls back AGAIN so I answer.  He proceeds to yell at me for hanging up and tries to promote another offer and I tell him I’m not interested and he tells me how rude I am and slams the phone on me.  I proceeded to call back and got a supervisor and tell that person what happened and they assured me they would take care of it.  The same guy calls back and says “you think your gonna call MY company and complain about ME?” and proceeds to b***h out me and the other lady in our office who also picked up the phone to listen to this rude gentleman.  The phone number he called from was 954-316-3084

This number 954-316-3084   shows up on my caller id  and  the  caller is   from florida  I have  had these calls  come in and getting  fed up  when  i listen to my  answering Machine all I get is a hang up

Our company has received many calls from him.  He just called me a nasty b*tch also.  However I had him on speaker phone and the whole office heard is profanities.  I am reporting him to the BBB immediately.

He spoke to four different people in our company, 10 phonecalls in 10 minutes.  I spoke with him several months ago.  He was selling an "On Hold" custom message service.  At the time, I told him we don't sell product by putting our customers on hold, and asked to be removed from his list.

After confronting him for harassing several peoplein our office, he told me they all lied, even though we had him on speaker phone.  He got irate, started swearing at me as he had at several other people in the office.

To anyone reading this message DO NOT SPEAK TO DALE. When we told him we were not interested he went berzerk and wanted to know why I spoke to him and why we wasted his time. The truth is I was at first being considerate and when I said thank you for the information but I will call you back  if we're interested,  he said "NO WAY give me the order now why wait!" and became beligerent.  He proceeded to make call after call in excess of a dozen times within the span of 20 minutes.  STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!!!

I agree. He called our company swearing and cursing 8 times.His favorite quote was ur RUDE, All you NJ AND NY people

954-316-3084 show up on my  caller id  and  they left a message on my answering machine as in hang up   i had  this call before I  dont usally answer my phone  unless  i know  who and  where the call is coming  from this company or who  ever is   doing the  job must be  stop its  very  annoying   the  caller   is  from  florida   that is  what  comes up  on  the caller id

I knew this was a junk call, so I said "No, thank you," after he asked for my boss. He called back 7+ times. I didn't answer any call. Crazy people.
