Blow a whistle into the phone.. trust me .. they'll stop

These guys have called me 7 times. despite me telling them to stop.
The last time I blew a whistle.

Sleezy operation and operators. Address is 14000 military trail, delray beach, Florida. Abusive to people they call - its a genuine scam going on for years people, TSG travel is the name, owners are ny Jews scamming anyone and everyone they possibly can, and they are not travel agents either since we checked on that. Someone told us the owners drive really nice cars and it's easy to figure out how they can afford those cars. We've called the city where they operate and the county licensing authorities too - maybe they can do something?

Today I received not one but four telephone calls from TSG Travel.  I interrupted their greeting informing them of the number of calls I received today plus the many calls I have received in the past and that as always, they assured me that my name will be removed from their calling list.  The person on the other end always wants to know the name of the "agent" who had contacted me.  I always tell them I don't remember the name and that is not important.  The important thing is to quit calling me.  Of course she always assures me that this time my name will be removed.  Let's guess.  How many times do you think they will call me tomorrow or even later today?  

5th or 6th call now from these scammers.  Say you paid $500 pay an additional $498 to reclaim your vacations including a carnival Cruise.  You have to go through two 90 minute time share presentations before you get anything.  One of the calls knew the last 4 numbers my credit card.  We never paid the first $500.  Scammers!

This nbr has been calling me everyday at least twice a day for weeks.  I do not answer it because I do not know who it is and I dont want to be scammed.  Now that I have heard other complaints, I realize that it is about travel that I have answered and told them I did not want to spend any more money for a trip that I paid for and did not use.  They were same rude reaction when I insisted that I was not interested .  Why do they continue to call me after I repeatedly told them that I would not give them any more money.  I am 81 years old.  I will not answer this call again.  I will put them on the do not call list if possible.

The one for your state I would think .. However, you should also report them to the FTC,and CFB..

Purchased a package from VacPak Promotions back in June 2013 tried to use part of the package this March 2014. Signed up for a Bahamas Cruise paid my money to remedy my certificate and never heard from them again. Got a call from this TGS
954-317-0111 wanting me to pay over $400.00 to make sure this package of cruises,rental car, flights, etc would not expire and be good for life. They got me once so I told them I cut my losses and no to anything else and they hung up. What BBB would you call?

I keep getting pestered by someone using this number, they call me at least 17 times a week sometimes 4 times in one day, twice this morning so far

It doesn't matter - you can still file a complaint with the BBB.  Not that I think the BBB is the best unbiased source of information on a company, however, they do note complaints against companies, even if they are not registered with them.

 A SCAMM from this #,, wanting more $ for something we paid for and did not use,,,We need to tell them to go to Hell.., But  there are no BBB reports, or complaints in file,,because OFCOURSE  they are not registered members!!!!

Yes,, they are trying to do the same scam on us.. Almost same story..  How do we stop this crap??? We all think there is some good deal,,, Just save up your money and do a trip you can afford without the B.S. of their scamming games.

Sorry you still feel confident ...   After 2 years same group is contacting us,, same stories,,, nothing is confirmed,,, They want us to send a $$ cheque asap.... are you kididding me !!!!  Soon they will ask for fees etc. etc.. just cut your losses and tell them where to  s.....  it. Please be smart, just save up your own money and go on whatever trip you can afford,, without  their bloody strings attached... TOO Many SCAMMERS...

Saying I owe $1298.00 for a trip I never took and had an old credit card number.

This company should be shut down and the owners put in jail.

Same thing.  They said I had a credit I had never used.  True.  But I said I would not throw more money at it unless they emailed me with more information first.  I said I was tired of them calling me and that if they could not email me what would be involved I would block them.  The manager, (now at this time of the call), said that he would dually note that and then promptly hung up on me.  I am not happy that I did confirm my email address.  I will call the Better Business Bureau and get instructions and info on what/if I should do now.

I never booked a trip with these people, and they are trying to make me think I did. I never had the credit card they say i did either. SCAMMERS

My call was from 9543170107 and I was told I had put a deposit on a trip in 2008 and had used a certain credit card I don't have. I told her I had never had that card and to take her little scam somewhere else.  She said FU and hung up.  Of course, when I called the number back I got a recording that no one was able to
take my call and the call ended.

Needs to stop calling me annoying a***s!

I purchased a Cruise in 2008 and went to pay my monthly payment. For some reason they swiped my card for the total cruise and set me back tremendously. I cancelled my trip.... it took me four weeks to get a portion of my money back.
Yesterday I get a call form TSG from Palms Beach saying that I still had credit. They had all the information from my previous experience. He said they were giving me a chance to redeem the credit and they were going to waive the processing fees and use it towards 2 Florida vacations and a 4 night 5 day cruise and a car rental for one week.. I talked with the manager explaining what happened to me last time telling him over and over that I was unable to make a payment. He worked with me and got it down to something I could afford. I just received a confirmation email and have called several times asking question after question.
I could be wrong, but I feel pretty confindent about my decision. Plus I didn't have to put up that much money since I had credit from my last trip I cancelled.

This number called me saying, "I am a travel retrieval company and we need you to pay the processing fee of $600+ to maintain and own the trip for ever."  I did purchase a travel deal many years ago and never used it.  So it is credible for someone to call me and ask of this from me.  I have had problems with the travel program in the past, so I thought this was another follow up call..
Eventually, the manager got on the phone with me and gave me a high pressure sails pitch.  I told him over and over that I was unable to make such a payment.  As I was explaining my reasons for wanting to participate but I couldn't afford it, he suddenly hung up on me.  I thought it was odd, so I turned around and call the number back.  Here is the information I recieved.  They are called TSG Travel and they are in Palm Beach Florida.....I think it is a scam and I almost fell for it.
