Same thing happened to me.

I keep getting a call from a Miss Robinson claiming to collect a debt, I know she is  phony but she keep calling and need to be stopped.

Scammer reporting to be "from the business office of Ms. Robinson" with "Financial Management," attempting to collect a debt that doesn't exist.  The despicable individual had real information on me and some old bills which were paid.  When I called the original billing source, they had no record of overdue bills or sending anything to collections.  The thing had the nerve to call back a second time a week later. The number it gave for a return call was 888-294-5933.
