Ken asked to speak to my wife.  I told him he had called yesterday (as Nick) and I told him the same thing.  We get our drugs for free.  Can you eat that price?  He hung up on me.  I called the number again and got another name.  Told him the same thing.  I toild them to feel free to keep calling, because I figure that's one more person they will not scam.

My home and cell phone ring at the same time at least 3-6 times a week from these pain in the a**es. Have tried every excuse to get rid of them from "she's dead to she doesnt live here anymore." Still continues...

These people call only after someone has given their phone # to order something. They call to confirm  the order, then call later to see if person wants a refill.  The reason for so many calls is that they are trying to reach the original person who placed the order.  This is a very painful note to type as our loved ones need help..

Look "Be Kind" it's a scam. They aren't really trying to reach someone about their monthly refills. This is NOT a legit pharmacy. This 'pharmacy' is only selling ILLEGAL medications to people...and then billing them $2,000 a month on their credit card. They aren't trying to contact someone's grandmother to refill her heart medications...they are looking for someone to buy DRUGS from them!

They are scum. And I really hope you open those pretty sheltered eyes of yours. You are a walking victim waiting to be financially sodomized.

I am utterly sick and tired of calls from these people! Does ANYONE have real info on who these people are? Is the company really "Accutel"? If you do a search on Accutel, you will see that Arne Soreide (the person who started the company) was in a BUNCH of trouble for scamming people (cramming and scamming). In just a few years time, he crammed $22 MILLION dollars from unsuspecting Americans by adding a $4.95/month charge on their phone bill (when will people ever learn to read their bills each and every month?).

For 3 (THREE) years, they have called my husband's cell phone looking for some woman (Donna). They only say that they are her pharmacy. Well, after THREE years of not getting a hold of this lady...don't you think they would stop calling? No. One day I answered my husband's cell phone because we knew it was this company. I asked the azzhole that had called "Why would you continue calling this number for 3 years if you know it's not this person's number?" so this azzhole says to me "Why would we call if we knew it wasn't her number? That makes no sense!". Guess what? The SAME guy called back 20 minutes later asking for the woman. When I reminded him about our conversation, he hung up!

I've been trying to get my husband to change his phone number, but he is being stubborn and is holding out hope that these people will go out of business or finally take his number out of their computer. HA! That's not gonna happen soon enough. So, in the next few days I am going to go out and buy my husband a new phone and get him a line through a new company (the company I just switched to a month ago...our contract was up...yippie!). That way, he can take a week to notify everyone of the number change...and then shut down the line that these people keep calling.

Oh, and lastly, forget about asking the government for help. I have tried and tried to file a complaint against these people. You know what I am told? That since the company is asking for someone (Donna) that it's not the company's fault if someone gave out our number as theirs. WTF?! Think about that people! If someone is out to mess with you...there is nothing you can do about it!

Example:

John is mad at his next door neighbor Dan because he mows his lawn too early each weekend. John contacts ABC Corp. and inquires about their services knowing that they are not legit and are known for scamming. He uses his own name, but gives out Dan's phone number to the company. The company can call John's number as much as they want, because it was 'given' to them. The Do Not Call registry says that a company can call a number that THEY WERE GIVEN, which means...well, they can call all they want!

I tried every which way to file a complaint, and each time I am told that there is NOTHING I can do because the number was GIVEN to the company. I do NOT understand how that can be right, because for 3 f*cking years, not a single week missed...my husband has told them "Stop calling this number. The person you are seeking does not have this number."  It's not right people, but that's what you will run into.

My suggestion to you, is if you even just get ONE call from these people...CHANGE YOUR NUMBER! They will NEVER stop calling you!

The have called 9 times in the past two hours. I have told them not to call back and they keep calling back.

Finally I think I found something that worked... try it out, they haven't called me in about 3 months nor have any of the other numbers that were used.

I simply answered the phone, as I have many times before, and when the guy asked for my name I acted completely honest and told the guy I just got this phone and new number and I didn't know who he was looking for.  I said it must be the the guy who use to have this number.  Told him he might just want to remove the number from the database.  He said ok, have a good day, bye.

I was polite this time having not answered it for a few weeks, not like the past where I've harassed them and been a dick and asked them to remove me from the database, it didn't work then. However, for some reason when I told them it was a new number, they seem to have stopped.

So far so good, knock on wood.

This number is seriously getting on my nerves.  Told them to stop calling, yelled, screamed, cursed. no use. When you call back they actually pick up and talk to you and listen to you scream. Amazing

I receive these calls constantly from all different numbers including this one.  I am so aggravated by it and don't know how to make them stop.  No matter what you say, they continue to call and offer to sell me drugs without a prescription.  It is ridiculous!  Why can't someone stop these phone terrorists?

By the way...my only suggestion to anyone that EVER gets a call from these people? Change your number. It's the only way to rid yourself from their calls!

My husband has been getting calls from these people for THREE YEARS. Every time they call they ask for some woman. When he tells them that they have the wrong number, they then ask him if he knows her new number (we once gave them the number to Walgreen's but they still keep calling), if he knows where she moved to, or if he knew anybody looking for medications. WTF?! I tried to report them for harassment, but we were told that WE COULDN'T because someone had given them our number and since they were calling for this person, that there was nothing we could do! That is F'D UP!
Now, my husband is outright nasty with them. They don't cuss HIM out! lol! When the kids aren't around, it's even worse! I once told the guy on the line that they were PHONE RAPING US! At this point, over the course of 3 years, they have probably used up at least $200 worth of our minutes! AT LEAST! They have harmed us, and the government says they can't do anything. WTF!

They have called me at work constantly for a year. I tell them "this is a business", not to call again etc. but they keep calling. So today I called them back 10x and hung up. They were very annoyed. Even called me back to yell at me. I told them I will stop bothering them when they stop bothering me.

These people are jerks.  They simply will not take your phone number off their call list.  If anyone has a solution to this problem, please post it.

received a call from 954-374-7561 on Tues. 7/6/10 at 6:38 pm.  A man with a thick Middle Eastern accent tried to sell me perscription medications.  It sounded as if he were driving in a car at the time.  I began to ask questions and he hung up.  I called the number back immediately and informed him that he was in violation of Federal Law as my number is on the DNC list.  He hung up again.  Sounded very fishy to me.

Try to sell 'Medication' and refuse to identify who they are. my number is also on the do not call list.

I just like messing with them.  I asked for medical marijuana and they told me they were out of stock.  When I asked for medical black tar heroin he said "f**k you man" and hung up.  Very funny.

These idiots have been calling for years. Usually this number or 4 to 5 other numbers. Calls as early as 6am, last night (Sunday) at 10:30pm. Usually 2 to 4 calls per day!

Foreign accented idiots, marginal english skills try to sell pharmaceuticals. No amount of reasoning, requests or rebuffs deter these morons.

Would really appreciate to never get another call.  We are a business, requested numerous times to be put on the do not call list without any result.  We do not have the desire or the time for them.

Got a call from 954-374-7561 and then a computer voice just said, "goodbye."

We opened our store in the Sacramento area in Sept./07 and have been getting these calls from this number 954-374-7561 - (ACCATEL IS ID LISTING) repeatedly. I have asked them to remove our number from their list numerous times. I just made a police report and next im calling the Harrassment line (800)348-8727 from my phone company where they said its a Felony for them to keep calling after we've requested that they stop.!!
