They are owned by a technology company so they utilize that technology to never use the same number twice.   Below are some of the numbers they use.

Getting the same type message as above.  I do not answer unidentified names, unknown area codes, etc., and do not return the calls.  If messages are left, I erase them.  Blocking does not always work.  If you block one number, the scammers simply make up another number and keep on calling.  Too bad there does not seem to be a way to stop scammers, so-called debt collectors, so-called legal matter calls, lower your credit card interest rate calls, and all the other such calls the scammers come up with.

I keep getting a call as well. that my file came across her desk and she would like to speak to me about it!  yeah right!  99.9% of my bills have been paid off!  I know this has to be scam!!!

Same thing everyday different numbers from all different states. annoying. i don't pick up. the beauty of a cell phone. Delete...

i KEEP GETTING THESE CALLS ALL DAY FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND DIFFERENT NAMES OF PEOPLE, THEY ARE HARRASSING ME ALL DAY, BUT I WONT ANSWER IF ITS THAT IMPORTANT SEND A LETTER TO MY HOUSE,  I WILL NOT GIVE MY INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE.

Oh and not to mention that all their numbers are VOIP, which means they can choose ANY NUMBER to trick you like i mentioned. Beware.

It's a network of bill collectors.  They're attempting to collect on very very very old bills, bills that may our may not belong to you, and/or bills that's been paid off.  Long before they ever reached an inside collection department, let alone an outside agency.  They have a large network of numbers to trick you into answering.  I usually go with, i don't recognize your number, i don't answer.  Everyone that knows me number is in my phone.  Then when i receive out of area calls like, Florida, Virginia, or Washington D.C. It ain't for me.

who are these people? I went on vacation and had like 10 messages from them about my file? WTF!

Caller's name Jackie Newman/Herman (?) had said my "paperwork" was transferred over to her and she wanted me to call her back. This call is a SCAM because I received  same message from another person 2/6/2013 from a LIZ MORGAN@ 757-204-6338.
Same message but the Actors & Phone Numbers changed. Keeping a Journal on each SCAM call - caller and phone number.
DO NOT RESPOND JUST ERASE.

Got the same call...same exact message...scam artists I'm sure.  I have a rule:  If you won't tell me who you are with, I won't call you back...

I just received the same message Tuesday @ 11:59 am PST. Who the hell is she?  Sounds like phishing scheme.

Exact same message, I think she said her last name is Newman. Sounds shady to me!
