it is a telemarketing place, they will ask if you have applied to some school or college, i told them to please take me off their calling list, and she told me that it takes about 48hr to be taken off.

In response the previous comment, NECO is not a online survey. It is a company that "ONLY" works with B2B companies for assisting working adults on education while they are working.  If there us any confusion, I would be happy to clear that matter up.  Thanks DM

The name of the company is NEOC(the National Eduation Online Center) what they do is get lead information from those internet surveys, and entries to win prizes and then they call you to verify information you've already submitted for something else and try to get college information to you, owner of the company's name is Shay

I called them back and got ahold of them they say they are based out of flordia and try to help people get into collages they have a web site it is 866mymajor.com i think its is b***s*** i have been going to school for a year and a half on my four semester

They've been calling ever since last week and wen i tried to call it back, there was no answer and they call more than twice a day and i'm getting pissed. I don't answer but I want it to stop.

My machine picks up, and after a pause of a second or two, they hang up. Have called for the past two-three days, just once per day.

A reverse lookup of the number says the location is Miramar, Florida. $14.95 at USSearch.com will get you a name and address to go with the number.

and don't believe all you read on this web site the blockm calls free is so free they only want $99 to get some thing that doesn't work 1-800-382-1222 is the # to call to get your name on the don't call list but i don't think they are blocking all as i said in my ealier message

i have recieved calls from this # every day for the past week each time has been between 10:00 am - 11:00 am while i'm at work i don't answer and they don't leave a message sound familiar to any of you. I don't care who it is i just want them to stop!!!!!!!!!!

I just received a call from them but no message left on my answering machine. The caller ID says "Florida call". I have no idea who this could be. I'm getting sick and tired of all the "unavailble", "out of area" and now state name calls that never leave a message. I don't answer the phone if I don't know who they are. So far, I haven't seen a law that says I have to answer my phone. My phone is for MY use.

They are harassing me as well.   They are supposedly a college.  They just keep calling and hanging up.  What's the point?

got call on sunday while in church..  no message left and no answer when returned call.....who and what are they???  this is harassment.

Like the other people who received calls from this number, they don't leave a message and the caller ID shows nothing.  They even called on Thanksgiving!  They need to be shut down.

I get calls from this number every 2 hours and when I call back they hang up on me and won't tell me who they are.
