After reading the above posts I decided to write a little something although I don't usually do this. There seems to be a lot of companies out there scamming people into spending money. I have been a victim before. I often lump them all into one category. Believe it or not my vacation package with Vacations on Deck is a good value and I can actually use it an have used part of it (Orlando). Their customer service department was very helpful and clarified how their company differs from others and assisted me in booking my travel dates. I no longer take calls from any other company attempting to contact me, as I have no  need to, my package has no expiration date. Vacations on Deck actually helped me alleviate my frustration and I only deal with them now with no worries that another company can charge me or claim I owe. They are really there to help. Up to you to decide, but my experience is good.

So it sounds like the checks they  write to you for lying on the internets aren't bouncing yet ... or do they pay you in white powder?

Well it's back to the boiler room with you. I'd say "nice try" but there's nothing nice about your stinking FRAUD.

Not sure why there are so many complaints?? Would definitely recommend this Company, excellent customer service. The girls in the CS Dept were very helpful after my package was purchased and it was time to travel. I received airfare and car rental quotes as well as my accommodation booking. Did exactly what they said they would do. No expiration date & no need to pay more money at a later date. Hotel was very good, excellent value for money.

These people are back to old tricks, the price is unto $1398 on a contract I supposedly authorized back in 2011. I had never heard nor purchased a vacation from Vacations on deck. This "courtesy" call was to inform me that I was in arrears and they would be charging my credit card. The man, Frank Souse, informed me he had my voice on recording and I suspect now that was what they were up to, trying to get me to give them certain words to splice together.  Long story short, He hung up on me because I kept asking him the questions like who are you, what company, how much, etc. He got very angry with me because I would not cooperate and told me he was hanging up on me because I was not going to control the conversation. I guess they think they should scam you and you are to like it! Upon our disconnect I immediately contacted all financial entities to inform them of the call and that I authorized no such purchase.

I just returned from a trip to Orlando where I stayed in a two bedroom Condo in Orlando. They even assisted me with my airfare ticket,, I mean my husband paid for his and our kids but I was free :). The trip was amazing and the presentation oddly enough was not that bad. We enjoyed ourselves very much. I settle my account for 798 and almost didn't even travel. I was so turned off from the whole experience, but my daughter's 10th birthday sprang upon us and we figured. 798 better have gotten us something is what I was hoping and it did. We stayed 4 days in Orlando and did the cruise. Really don't care for Daytona. The cruise was honestly ok it wasn't a disney cruise but it sufficed. I am all around satsified with the experience just would have preferred it be under different circumstances

Well, of course you don't remember this "having been so"! It WASN"T !!
The  "gut feeling" you're having is the one that's telling you that this scam isn't working out too well. Move on pal, you're just not up the challenge of being a competitive FRAUD!
Here's a tip for you though. If you're not good enough to scam the people of your own country, in your own language, don't think that you can successfully scam the people in the countries that God saw you unfit to be born in.
In this World you get what you've earned, what you've proven yourself to be worthy of. Now look at yourself. See where you are?

I haven't been charged no thousand dollars but every couple months I have been charged 49 dollars. When a gentleman from this company contacted me with this same story I instantly put him on hold and contacted my bank to cancel my card. They informed me the travel company I dealt with had been charging me since 2010 every 4 to 6 months. I hung up with Discover and that is when the gentleman explained the company was known to charge one lump sum or I possibly had agreed to go on automatic renewal and in that case they could legally charge me every 4 to six months a renewal fee which would give me six more months on my vacation. I guess because it is such a small amount I never noticed. 49 dollars adds up, so I settled my account in full for $798 and he even assisted me with getting some of my money back. My card company acknowledges I no longer am bound to the other company. I'm just happy VOD contacted me and brought this to my attention and offered their assistance. I understand it sounds like a scam, but in some cases they can prove it like they did with me. My advice settle, you have nothing to lose. The vacation is quite grand.

I normally don't involve myself with these online forums and sites. I came across this forum attempting to find contact information for the above mentioned company. I was charged 1300 dollars even. I contacted my card company and they played the receipt. Although the voice sounded like myself, I heard myself reading off the credit card without hesitation, agreeing to their bogus terms. I do not remember this having been so. When I cam across this forum I decided to share my story. For the first time sharing what I've gone through so no one else ever has to go through this again hopefully. It is to late for be but fortunate enough maybe someone will read my post and learn from my mistake. I always go with my gut feeling, but my gut led me to this entrapment. Learn from my mistake. Settler your account.....or face the charge.

Got a call from sweet sounding "Ashley" at 954-979-0135 saying the vacation package I purchased 5 years ago, had expired. I now owe $1298, but to keep it from going to "collections" they would settle for $400. First of all, I never in my life would buy a "vacation package" for a dime, much less $1298. Second, I'm not paying anybody $400 I don't owe. I yelled at "Ashley"  I know this is a scam and she better not call here again or I would call the police. She hung up.
I traced the number to Pompano Beach/Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. It's a landline Bellsouth Telecomm Inc Dba Southern Bell Tel & Tel. On caller ID there's also a bunch of weird numbers: V506154127000009

Same story - calling non stop. Said he was with Travel Services and we will be charged $1198 for a trip we did not use. They referred to a trip we bought in 2010. The only charge I saw on my card was from Special-T-Travel in 2010. Checked on the internet and looks like a scam http://www.consumeraffairs.com/travel/specialt.htm
Have no idea how to stop this nightmare...

Trying to charge me $1198 for a trip I did not purchase or go on. Calling me daily. No answer when you call back only voicemail with different business names or very unprofessional recordings. For example: You have reached our corporate office, to speak to a representative call xxx, no name of what corporation. One number voicemail says Vacations on deck, another says Corporate Travel. Scam!
