If you filled out some request for help with your mortgage, like foreclosure or something, thats why they are calling you.
I have been in contact with them several times, as they have just opened up a section in thier buisness that is helping people negotiate with thier mortgage company, and I just got the phone call today, well, i missed it thinking it was a bill collector, and then looked it up on here, and immediately called them back! I am sooo glad I did, they talked to my mortgage company, and found out they are willing to stop the foreclosure and work with us, so the negotiations start!!!  I am not a spokesperson for them in the least, hell, I don't even have a job right now, thankgod for unemployment benefits!. But I have looked all over the place for help, and these people are one of the only ones that aren't a scam. They typically charge the amount of one month's mortgage payment in order to move forward from this point, and continue working with your mortgage company, and actually They lowered that payment by about $700 bucks for me! lol, I am soo happy, sorry I'm rambling, but I just don't want anyone to fall for those people that charge like $3000 for this.
