Got a call from these guys too. First guy was barely understandable. I said yes to having had surgery just to see where it would go. Supervisor with better English skills comes on and asks following questions on date, type of replacement, etc. Then he asks if I have had any pain from my hip replacement, and I told him "Only when I f--- your mother in her a--" and had a good laugh. They called back three times, and I told them to f--- off.

Same as most everyone.....wanting to know about mesh surgery.  Told them it was news to me.  Like many I haven't had any surgery.  Called twice today.  I put them on speaker phone and left phone on dresser.  This time (both times) came up unknown.

Just hang up on these people. This is a scam!

Got calls from this # to foreign guy's tell me the're going to come to my house and f### me!!!!

I received the same type of call only it came from a different number  786-244-0101.  Said I was due medical compensation for a previous surgery.  Very heavy accent - sounded Indian, I quickly figured it was a scam called and disconnected.  Beware they are spreading.  

I got a call from this same idiot with a very thick Indian accent.  He really pissed me off!!!  First he wanted to talk to me about the birth control I take.  I have never taken birth control in my entire life.  I am 40.  He said that I had to have taken birth control.  What an idiot!  Just because I am a woman, doesn't mean that I automatically take birth control!  Then he wanted to talk to me about the depression medicine I was taking.  Guess what.......I have never taken a depression medicine EVER!!!  He asked "Are you sure?"  Yes moron, I am sure!!!  Then he wanted to talk about the surgeries I have had and that I qualify for medical compensation.  I told him that I haven't had a surgery.  Even if I did, it is NONE OF HIS BUSINESS!!  I told him to lose my number.  The calls have come in from Oklahoma, Texas, DC and Indiana and now tonight's call was UNKNOWN. I started to get them about a month and a half ago.   When I receive a call, I turn right around and block it.  I guess he figured that I can't block an unknown number!!!!  This is seriously the most annoying phone calls that I have received!!  I would really love to reach out and touch someone when they call!!

Got the same call from a Dr. Jack, I too never had bladder surgery and he argued with me about that insisting I had bladder surgery.   The call was from Florida, not surprising.
I asked him who was again, he said Dr.Jack,  I repeated Dr. Jack S***.  And hung up.

i am getting a call from this number and he is using all bad words.

They have called 8 times in September 2013, same man with heavy accent.  Each time I tell them not to call me again, each time I report them to the DNC.  Nothing happens.

Started calling my cell at 6:30 am. Calls several times a day, never leaves a message.

Ugh, this is one of the worst calls I've ever received. A guy who said he was from something-or-other medical services asked to speak to me, and I told him to take my number off his list. He told me no, that I would have to talk to him first and then he would remove me from the list! ILLEGAL AS HELL, I know my stuff when it comes to calls like this. After someone tells you who is calling, if you ask to be taken off the list, they are LEGALLY OBLIGATED to do so, so I was pretty skeeved out by this.

THEN the guy asks for my age! I told him, "This is an unsolicited call and I'm on the Do Not Call List. Please take my number off your list." Again he told me I had to talk to him first and said "What is your age? Nineteen? Twenty?" Ugh, ew. I told him that I wasn't comfortable giving out my personal information to an unsolicited caller, and he finally said he'd take my name off the list and apologised for bothering me.

I don't know what the exact nature of these calls is, but it felt really gross. I hope their operation gets shut down soon.

10/2/13 @6:28pm. indian male (or male with thick accent) could hardly understand stated that he was with something health center.wanted to know if i was on pregnancy pill? then asked my age;then stated he wanted to be my facebook friend and he wanted to do something to me(couldn't understand).i told him I didn't know who the hell he was but to never call me again and if he did I would report him and he hung up.

First call at 6:30 am!  I hung up.  Received second call at 9:30 am--same caller--heavy Indian accent, refused to give me specific affiliation and reason for call unless I answered his qualifying questions first. I asked to speak with a supervisor.  After several requests, a "supervisor" came on the line and still could not provide any specific information unless I answered the qualifying questions. I told him that he was asked for confidential information and he replied that all he needed was a "yes or no" answer to the questions and that was not private information!  Really?   He finally said he was representing the Dept of Women's Health for American Hospital in Houston, TX.  Hmm..... I complained about the early call and asked if he was in India.  He was very insulted claimed he was in Texas and explained that they work 24 hrs per day trying to "help people get compensation for surgeries"--whatever that means. I asked him to remove my number and not to call again.  Based on comments above, I'm thinking I'm not off the hook yet!  Guess I better check on that DNC request filed along time ago!

I have ask them at least 20 times, including yelling and threatening to stop calling, they keep call, using "unknown" and 925-446-3576 - they all have the same accent, so you know it's the same people.

Yeah I have been getting calls from these people for SO LONG, it seems like almost a year. Today the same thing happened, I told them to take me off of their call list. Except the indian man went on to say that he wanted to "f***" me and started getting extremely creepy and sexual. I hung up and he called 5 more times! I didn't answer. I would really like to hear anyones opinion on what to do about this. These people have my personal information and I would really like to get them in trouble.

This number called me. I answered nobody says anything. I immediately tried calling back to see what it was and it said the number was no longer in service!
The national do not call registry is shut down due to the government shut down.

Last time these people called me I told them I was a trans-gender and was waiting for my reassignment surgery and did I need to worry - I thought I got rid of them after that! UGH

I received a call today from this number. It sounded like they hung up, so no one spoke to me. I am going to report them when the do not call number is up and running again, after the gov. shut down.

Keep getting phone calls from the above telephone #.  They will not leave messages but keep calling all day long!

Someone has called my landline from this number several times over the last two weeks, but i've yet to answer. However after reading all the comments posted on this site, I decided to report the number to the FTC & add my number to their registry...unfortunately due to the inconvenient government shutdown, there are no funds to keep the damn registry open. Pretty convenient huh? I'm betting this idiot has realized that too & something tells me the prick is going to keep at it!

I got call from this number. There was Indian guy on other line. He was talked to me in such slang, bad, abusive language and when I did not lift up his call, he left such bad voice mail. Is there any way to catch this ppl and hand them over to cops? I'm really frustrated right now.

This person, once a man and once a women called twice now and asked for my 10 year old daughter, when I said who are you and why are you calling a 10 year old??? They hung up... I am a little pissed on how they got my daughters name and our phone number!!!

Just received a call from this number, claiming medical department and medical compensation.  I told him to take my name and number off his list and never call me again, but I know that won't last long.  It never does.  It was the 2nd call in an hour from a 954 area code.

I just got the same phone call. I was at work so I could not answer, but they DID leave a message. It was a man with a very thick indian accent who used my full name and asked me to call back. I have not answered and I certainly don't plan on it!
