Scam
Got a call as well. Same story, except when I went back on my credit card statements and found absolutely no $198 charge, they now claim that they 'waived it' during a call. B.S. They're just trying to adapt the story when someone is confident they are wrong. They won't provide any proof. I had paid the $798 since I had no time to research it, but now that I received their 'package' I had time to search the internet / bbb / ftc and see the mounting complaints that started in June of this year [2014]. I called my credit card to dispute the charge and I'm sending a certified letter of cancellation (Florida law gives 30 days from the transaction date or arrival of the package whichever is later). Don't give any information or credit card and demand specific dates /transaction IDs where the purchase was made to verify, but I don't think they will for it seems just plain fraudulent and illegal.

I received a call from 954-400-5642 on July 3rd.  It was a woman who did not identify herself by name but was informing me, in not such a friendly manner, that she was making a courtesy call to let me know that I owed 1398.00 for a vacation I had not taken.  I informed her that I never booked a vacation and will not pay any amount of money.  She rudely said that they already disputed this with my visa credit card and provided an audio with my authorization on it and therefore my credit card was paying the balance in full.  I immediately said that would be impossible and no credit company would allow this.  I asked for information as to what credit card #.  All she said was that it was a visa card and she was only making a courtesy call to me.  At this point I sort of lost it and began telling her what was on my mind.  She cut me short and said "AC?.just take the lost" and hung up on me.  I immediately called all my credit card companies, checked my balance, and informed them of this matter.  They all said it sounded like a scam and would alert me of any suspicious transactions.

I just got the same call from an expired legal account. he said I bought a vacation package years ago but didn't use it, which is why he's calling. he said the 'contract' said I had to attend a time share or have to pay some $900 for the second ticket, but since we didn't attend or use it, it has gone to them and are making a courtesy call to collect some $1100 now. I told him I didn't buy a vacation package and good luck and hung up.

Received a call regarding money I owed for a vacation. Caller was rude and tried to intimidate me  said they were going to turn it over to a collection agency. They said I owed 1300 and that they would waive 500 if I paid remainder. Claimed it was the corporate traveler out of Florida.
They also said they have me on a recording in October 2011 authorizing and agreeing to owing the money if the vacation wasn't used within 18 months.  I hung up on them

Called telling me owed $1100+ for a vacation that I booked in 2011 with a $498.00 down payment. I have not purchased ANY vacations in over 10 years. Would not send me any information, said that as soon as she hung up I would be sent to collections, would not give me proof of payment or any documents. She became distracted with a bunch of yelling in the background, when I asked several time if she was still there she hung up on me.

Thank god I put in the phone number and came across this forum, since I couldn't find "Corporate Travel" anywhere. Never give out your personal information over the phone, these people are crooks who threaten you with out-of-date information!

Yep, same thing.  Got a call saying we had signed up in 2011 and hadn't taken the vacations, so we owed $800 for the second ticket that was involved.  Hung up on him and called the Better Business Bureau.  She gave me two other places where I could report them.  Fed'l Trade Comm. 877-382-4357 and Reportthecall.com/954-400-5642.

This company called me on June 16, 2014, from 954-400-5642 and said I pad them $198 in 2011 to take a vacation and since I never took it and never went on their time share presentation I owe them $1,398 and they are taking it out of my bank account. This is not true as I watch my money very closely and I would have never wasted almost $200! They told me I could pay them more to still go on the vacation. The first guy I talked to said the name of their company was Vacations on Deck and the second one said it was Corporate Travels. Neither one would give me their phone number, website, mailing address, legal address, corporate address, or email address. They also gave me an address I used to live at almost six years ago. I would not have used that address three years ago. I called back and got a generic voicemail box which was full. I think this is a big scam!
