He/she tried w/ me today. Same scam. I usually toy with them / act interested and give a phony name/address. It's awesome to scam them back. Every min you take up their time is one less min they can scam people!

Same thing tried on me today. Sent the texts and numbers to my friend at the FBI. I can't wait until a field office agent knocks on this guys door!

Same happened to me today with a craiglist listing. I did not give any info. Sounded suspicious from the beginning.
Never send or email or give out your address and phone number. People should always be leary when someone. DO NOT LIST YOUR PHONE NUMBER IN THE AD FOR THE ITEM FOR SALE.

Also in response to a Craigslist posting, this number forwarded a text to me that I send to 973-506-8122. Both are out of state numbers fo me. 973-506-8122 offered to send a cashier's check with bonus to hold items. Obviously these two are working together.

Obvious Craigslist scam. Sent 2 counterfeit money orders for $980/each. Asked me to send the difference to Donald Conelly in Benin, Africa via Western Union. Turned over money orders and envelope to Police who said they would check for fingerprints

This person is a craigslist scammer. Wants to send money order for something you have listed, offering extra to hold it for them. Old scam, money orders are bogus, you get stuck, and lose what you sold!!!
