I have received several calls from this number as well as other numbers REPEATEDLY. I called a 1-800 number that was FB to get "relief" information on student loans and they have been calling incessantly every since.

The calls are endless. I inquired once to see what it was all about...now I know...harassing phone calls. I got the info off Facebook...should've known when my phone began ringing within 1 minute of asking for the info. I did speak to a girl, who forwarded me to "her boss"...apparently he's the only one who can help? He wanted my SSN....NO WAY. I asked to be removed from their calling list, but so far they've used a total of 5 different numbers. Super annoyed...they call during work and during my busiest times of being a mom.

Repeated phone calls regarding student loan debt relief. Two options when the phone number is called, #1 to see if your loans are eligible or #9 to be removed HOWEVER the recording continues to talk regardless of which option you select.

I had called to get my student loan cut. When they aske for my SS#, I told them I did
not know who they really were. He told me again and I ask him where his supervisor was and he said he had left for day. I called early on the day. I told him to forget it and not to call me again. They have called from California, Florida, and Indiana. I never answer.

I am getting these calls about student loan forgiveness and I never filled out any form or any inquiries online. Most of the time they hang up when I answer or thank me for calling them when they called me. I don;t know who these people are but stop calling my phone.

I get them also only I never inquired about my student loans I clicked on a site about what types of scholarships were available in my area and now I get calls every single day from this debt relief company or from online schools that even offer what I want and student loan forgiveness is the worst of them all so far they have called me from 6 different numbers and usually 4 times in a row then wait an hour 4 more times wait 3 or 4 hours and then 4 more times so far today I've gotten 18 calls from them with the way they do things I'd never ever use them for anything

I once gave $500 to Benchmark Processing (BP) to completely clear my student debt (as they verbally promised over the phone) only to get an email from them thanking me for choosing Benchmark Processing (BP) to consolidate my $35,000 debt down to $28,000. Now either I get phone calls from debt relief companies at all hours of the day and night or I get calls at all hours of the day and night from companies trying to collect my debt.
