Hey Slm, This is serious,.. releasing Medical Records, and it seems we can't do anything about it! I think this should be submitted as complaints to the FCC. Agree?

Received multiple calls, that just started this last week. Like above, "Stylianoudaki, N" comes up in the caller ID. Obviously false. They stated that a member of the family filled out a questionaire about diabetes, which is false, and want to sell drugs. I went out today and bought an air horn used on small boats. Next time they call, I'll put in the earplugs and let it rip.

Geo. is right! Everytime I've had blood work done I have received several calls. I have questioned my doctor and have narrowed it down to the labs that have been taking my blood. When I asked today where they got my name they hung up on me. She called a second time today and recognized my voice and hung up. We have to sign a private agreement with our doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies and the labs just sell our records.

Asian accent male speaker callers to solicit diabetic drugs claiming to be a Survey Company for diabetic patients, and boldy asks if you are the household member with diabetes. They apparently have many details about you, as indicated by their questions, and are not calling mistakenly. It seems ironic that they call right after you've had recent 'blood work testing/profile' done. They must be obtaining certain portions of your medical records in order to contact you and sell something. How lovely is that?? Someone is selling our personal Medical Records to telemarketers now, What B.S. !!!

They've called at least a half dozen times in the last week asking if someone is diabetic. They first time I got curious enough to answer the call when I asked if they could tell me who was calling, they said "no" and continued their rant. Then today, after calling and not leaving a message, I answered again and told them to stop calling my number. Their response?..."why?" Then they hang up. It's so aggravating and they can stop calling my house anytime.

I have been getting calls from this fake caller id number for a month now. They claim to be Senior Diabetic Group out of Delaware. That is a fake company name. The lady I talked with was Maui Taylor, who eventually hung up. All they want is your credit card number. They know if they make 10,000 calls, they will get 1 credit card number. Why does our government allow fake caller id numbers?

I receive this call at least daily, and have for the past two weeks. I have sent a 'stop' message and still receive calls. They have never left a message, and I do not answer numbers I don't recognize.

Put this # (954) 471-8715 Stylianoudaki N on a block list and it still comes through, so using a phony Caller ID.

Said they were "Senior Diabetes Group" foreign sounding voice, lots of backround chatter (call center?). Wanted to know if I or any member of the household was diabetic. I declined to give them any information.

Stated from Senior diabetic group. i asked where she got infor from us and she stated it was from an online questionnaire, as others have indicated. i pressed for WHAT online questionnaire, and after about four rounds of this she hung up on me. I must admit -- i do get satisfaction from these knuckleheads getting frustrated with me.

Caller ID picked a code "V09261624100016" and the phone number.I will not pick up for a number code and unknown ph #, lol. Answering machine picked up about 1 second of barely audible female voice, could not make out any words, caller hung up. Number has called before.
