Is anyone still interested in the class action law suit against adam meyer?  I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to find people out there that have and are still being scammed.  We need to hit this guy hard financially!   I already have over 50 people in a distribution list that are willing to jump on board with this.   I think we can grow that number to 100s.

I've had less than a positive experience with Adam Meyer. I'm a real person and I'm willing to tell my story.

Then Dan Howard calls me, "hey sorry you were losiing with greg but im calling to promise you that i will make that up"=lost money. Then Adam calls me on Christmas eve and guess what, LOST MONEY!!!!! Coo you are an idiot

The only reason I am commenting here is that I just stumbled across an article today on Sports Illustrated linking him to Nevin Shapiro,  I worked for Adam many years ago, during the very early years of his business when it was Major Wager Sports back in 1992.. Many of us attended the University of Miami and were introduced to Adam, where he spent a few years before dropping out.  It seemed like a great part-time job since the office was just down the street from campus; the hours were short and paid well.  To say the means of operating were fraudulent is an understatement.  We had lists of known gamblers and knew how much they typically wagered on a game.  We had six 800 numbers and several mailing address so they could send their FedEx package with cash or we accepted Western Union.  The business was conducted in the following way.  We all had alias that we used because we were smart enough not to give our real name.  Even Adam had one.  We would circulate the lists around the office and the process was typically always the same.  The first call would be very short where we would say something like the following: ?Jack, I know you get a lot of calls but I want you to watch xxx team tonight beat up on team xxx.  They will easily cover the spread.  We have info that xxx player has a case of the flu.  My name is Jack Handy and call me at 800-xxx-xxxx tomorrow.? If the pick was correct, you would call them the next day.  We would ask them if they saw the game, and then give them another pick for free.  If we went 2-0, then on the third day you would present them the hook.?  Went something like this: ?Jack, I have given you two free games.  Hopefully you won some money.  I am going to give you a third game tonight for free again.  However, when we win this one, I want you to send me $500 for the next 7 games.? We typically sold packages for 7 to 10 games and tried to renew if we were doing well.  Once we got their Western Union or cash, they would call in like clockwork.  But we always said we knew someone in the ?inside? who had privileged knowledge which was a complete lie.  When we went on a cold streak, and the customer was done with us, we simply give the next employee the gambler?s info and started the whole process over.

I can?t comment on how Adam runs his business today.  However, knowing firsthand how he started in the business I would highly doubt he changed his mode of operation.  I see that he is still saying that he pays ?consultants? just like we pitched 20 years ago. Granted, he did have a good instinct on picking winners but there were streaks that we lost a lot of money for people.  I would believe that his winning percentage is right at 59% simply because this is all he has done his entire life.  However, would I be willing to pay him for his advice?  That would be a no.

A lot of you will read this before you decide to give Adam Meyer your money.  When you do, you will probably ask him/them about the claims on here.  This is what his response will be:  "Those complaints are from one guy that used to be a competitor (or maybe he will say former employee).  These claims are 100% false and that guy is now in jail."  Ok, so ask yourself this, would one guy that is simply disgruntaled go to all of this trouble and work to try to discredit someone?  Also, ask yourself before investing, if someone was so confident in his product, why would they give no guarantee whatsoever and why is it that you have to pay him before he provides you with the product.  Please do not be suckered by this guy.  Yes, he will say things that dazzle you with the possibilities of fortune but you will lose your money and you and/or your family will suffer for it.

I was also scammed out of thousands.  I would be willing to discuss this with anyone who wants to.  He will tell you these things on the internet are all made up lies made by a former employee, or he may say competitor.  But ask yourself, who would seriously go to all this work to discredit this guy.  Would one or two guys really go to all this trouble?  Please do not give this guy money.  Also, if anyone else has been scammed and wants to look at a class action lawsuit, I would be willing to help.

Kevin....Kevin Moss....sss You know you are a bag of walking crap. How small do you feel when a victim of your ego calls you out and you have no one to beat down. The internet is the great equalizer and it is sad that you employ shady practices. I hope you pack a coat for hell so you can sweat off a few extra pound of lies. Happy basting my slippery friend.

He's also a total narcissist.   As for being "at the top of his profession,"  being a bookie isn't much of a profession.    As we used to say about mob guys in New York: "When you put a $2,000.00 suit on a gorilla, all you've got is a gorilla in a $2,000.00 suit."    Yeah, he has money, the big car and  a plastic smile, but the truth is he's just a poser, a crude hustler with a pimp cup and anyone with half an ounce of class knows it the minute they meet him.    I guess he laughs all the way to the bank, but other people are laughing too, with the possible exception of the  guys at the IRS.
