I received the same call from 954-484-0969 at 4:15 this morning. It's a scam that tries to get your bank account number! The number belongs to "IDS" or "Compubill" or "Mortgage Hero" or others that I haven't uncovered yet. I did some research and found that the owner's name is Dina Bronstein, address: 3511 West Commercial Blvd.
Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309.

I got this one saying it was First Dakota Bank and my credit card has been cancelled. I pressed 1 and then I hung up. There is a warning for another number in our city on the news.

someone from the phone number 954-484-0969 called me and left a message stating that my account has been frozen and that i need to press one to re-active my account. When i called the number back it was intergrated document solutions. I have no account with that company. when i googled it i was told it is a scam. I hope someone finds them and put them in jail.

Received the call in South Dakota and the scammers used First Dakota National Bank's name. They are a legitimate banking operation but we have no accounts with them so I called the number back and got the Integrated Document Solutions firm which appears to be in south Florida.
The lady who answered the phone must have had a zillion calls on this as she almost anticipated my question and told me the details of the scam.

I just received a phone call telling me that my ATM card was being cancelled and push 1 and they would update my info. Needless to say I hung up on them. Makes me angry that jerks are doing this. They used a bank name that I never even heard of.

My wife received a call from this number - no message left. She googled it and I don't know how but Fifth Third bank in FL came up. We have accounts with them and I called their web number and they said they leave messages and based on where our account was opened we wouldn't have received a call from FL.
On another note- I received a call from Velocity Credit Union on 4/13 pretty much like Kevin above did but from a different number.
Straight and simple. Don't panic, ignore it or look the place up on the internet and call them direct - not the number that comes up or they give you. Too many bad folks out there.

My son just received a call at 11:40am, I didn't answer the phone. I came here to look up the number first. I have no idea what they wanted, but they did leave a message. I just refuse to check it. Now that I've read these posts, I'm kind of glad I didn't waste his minutes.

i recieved the call at 530 this morning and didn't pick up. i just called the number back and lady at the desk told me that it was a scam. someone is calling people nationwide and trying to get bank numbers and credit card info. the number shows up as 954-484-0969 but it really isn't the document company.

Early this morning, I received a call from this number (954-484-0969) at 4:15 am. I was informed that my ATM account was locked and it would be canceled if I didn't push "1." Needless to say, I hung up.
