Bill collecter and left me a message saying its urgent and to call back before 6 pm and if i do not he is going to go ahead and proceed with the matter and file a claim against me.  Trying to make me think its a court matter but really a debt collector.

A guy with a surly voice left a voice message saying he was calling from ARG & Associates and it was urgent that I call him before six pm today at (877) 211-3842 regarding a matter that I may already be aware of. He mentioned the words, "your social security number", but didn't actually state the number.  It sounded like a typical collection agency call.
