This number keeps texting and harassing me

They call me daily and leave no message. I answered and there was no one on the other end. I called them back, and they answered, "Law Offices." I said that I keep getting phone calls from this number and then they hung up on me!

I am getting at least 4 calls a DAY from these people. I have added them to my call screening number, but they just keep on calling!

Fakes that want $500.00 a mouth for nothing  ....do not belive this  bull s***

When I called the number back they stated the exact name of the law firm.  Upon searching I found their website and called the other number they are rude stating that they don't have telemarketers calling.  But I found that to be not true.

They just called and hung up 3 times w/in a 6min time frame. Really? That's NOT acceptable. We have no need of whatever this BS service is and I'm getting pretty pissed at all the calls. Just an FYI, MANY county and state's have programs to help in dealing w/modifications/remodifications, foreclosure's, etc for FREE. Not to mention that you can contact your mortgage company yourself and work w/them...again, for FREE.

I answered the call and it is from Lower My Bills .Com - they try to sell you the legal mortgage help scam.  I applied for a morgage and they called saying I had inquired on Lower My Bills or Lower Your Bills.com.  I told them it was obvious scam, spam, or whatever because U don;t even have credit card debt - then they tried to sell me legal representation for a mortgage default situation - I told them I didn;t need that and to take me off the list

Call 10 to 12 times a day. Never leaves a message and when I answer the phone they start asking questions about my mortgage. Told them to remove me from the call list that I have no idea why they are calling me.

You work for company that take people for a good ride, do you really work for Law Firm and that is sanctioned by the Bar Assoication, I don't think so! You dont even have any qualified lawyers working there! To smart for t hat, since they don't want to be disbarred?

They have have been calling my house twice a day!  I am don't call list, I called my lawyer and he is looking into the problem and this fake law firm. I will call the  Florida attorney general office for  a for a formal complaint . We need to stop these kind of companies of taking advantage of people.

They ( fake lawyers) will make your life miserable, put you in a bad position, call the bank your lender directly they are to help

Don't use them, they are bunch of scanners, get real lawyers and goto federal government website for mor info

Ronald, this may have worked for you and that is great but you do not have to pay for counseling to keep from losing your home. All credited banks who provide mortgage services, have free federal counseling to help save your home without a penny spent out of pocket to do so. It just depends on everyone's personal preference. Believe me when I tell you, do not lose hope if you can not afford counseling services. Contact your mortgaging bank and ask about these services provided to you, if needed, for free and will fight just as hard to get the best deal for you.

I had a company like that I was 2 months behind I paid them 1500 and they told me not to pay my mortgage so I was 4 months behind,  they did everything I had done for negotiating with my bank in the end my house was going to be sold on the 21st Aug., they claimed to be a law firm from Florida the money I had paid them could have paid my mortgagfe but because of the interest rate and my husband being out of work for 3 years I was hoping they could help me. My bank said we did not qualify for a modification because we made too much money if you call 200. unemployment to much money and they were using my 1800. a month income and I am not on mortgage, so I not only got screwed by the bank but also a law firm!!!!!!!

If you work for these people, how do I get my number off of your call list.  I'm tired of being woken up by your phone calls.  I don't need your help and I am on the 'do not call' registry.  I believe your solicitatin is a violation of that law.

My sister is a lawyer and I spoke to her with regards to this company.  If you are not in foreclosure or several months behind on your mortgage, this deal is 'NOT' for you.

Some of us aren't the "schmoos" your looking for and I am supposed to be grateful for being bothered at 7:45 in the morning? Who is to say I am behind on my mortgage payments anyway?...........So don't assume things unless you know the truth. It's funny, you hang this "you filled out the app" krap over someone's head as if they owe you something and then hold them responsible for calling.

Where do you get off marking people with your snide, presumptuous remarks. Seems to me that your such an "achiever" that you almost lost your home.  This company calls me at 7:45 in the morning from Florida waking my hard working a** up and they don't seem to give a damn......wouldn't call that reason for praise would you? The last time we tried something like this it was from a predatory lender, we're still struggling to stay in our home now about 6 years later!!  Our main problem is the taxes are no longer escrowed (killing us) and the rate could stand to come down too.  I'm scared to talk to these people!!  I have NOT filled out a form online asking for information so I'm not sure either where they get our numbers.

Folks who might need help because you are behind on your payments READ THIS!!!! Go to hopenow.org.  They are a FREE service provided by the governmet to help you with your loan. They will help you. there are people there 24/7. Please use this service, not any "legal firm" who will charge you. Your morgage holder wants to help you stay in your home and the people from hopenow know how the process works and are sooo very awesome.

Message to those calling FROM: 954-510-4070, Lands-Denhof or whatever your real identity is. Tell the rude telemarkter who called claiming me or my wife (by name) made an inquiry about refinancing at a lower rate or perhaps we are having trouble paying our mortgage: if you or anyone from your firm calls me again for any reason I will find your location and disable your phone system.   I will also identify everyone who works there and publish your home phone numbers on an Internet site frequented by preditor telemarketers and invite them to call you at home at any hour of the day or night about your home mortgage situation.

you people are funny we dont need your buissness we are about helping homeowners in the need of help.

I also have had repeted calls from 954-510-4070. They just hang up on my answering machine. The calls have been coming now for 2 weeks, on the average of twice a day. I finally started calling & harrassing them. They claim to be a law office of Lands-Denhof in Florida and wanted me to tell them my name when I asked to be put on the no call list. They also are able to read my caller id even when I dial *67 before calling them. I even tried Intelius to see if they could get a listing on who owns the number & no luck. THey are very QT and I couldn't find any info on said law firm. All I could do was report them to the FCC again. I couldn't even complain to Verizon because they are on strike!

they are a legitamate firm i work for them.the reason why we cant leave messages is because we dont know if you are the right person we are looking for,untill we contact you we cant leave any messages.also we call any number that is left on the app. but i also know we are one of the cheapest firms doing this type of process.i know you all have gotten calls asking for thousands upfront,i mean come on now if you had that kind of money laying around you wouldnt need help with your mortg.??  so please dont assume things unless you know the truth

I had not picked up the calls because a couple of bill collectors had been harrasing me. I finally got fed up when they were calling 2-4 times a day and hanging up on my answering machine. When I called them and asked who they were I was told we are a "legal services company to help you with your mortgage that you requested". I told them I never requested any help & to please put me on thier no call list. They read back my phone number even though I have automatic ID blocking and said it would take 48-72 hours to get into the system. He then blessed me and said have a good night. I'll still report them to the FCC if I can figure out how to do it.

They have called both my home AND my work number.  I called them back and spoke with a lady.  She told me that someone called for information (our phone numbers do not show as our desk numbers....) and I told her I doubt that, this is a company!!  Then there was a man on the phone.  I said, "No one here has called you for information.  I would appreciate you taking the number off of your list!!!"  He said, "Yes, ma'am--we will."  And still.....I'm getting calls.  I hope they called my home today, because my husband is there and he'll give them a piece of his mind about it too!!  The reason they can keep calling---even though you may be on a "DO NOT CALL" list, is most likely because they are listed as a "law office" and that included in debt collectors---they are exempt from that list, so I'm told.  I just called again because they, yes....called AGAIN at my work.  He said that an online application was filled out and I said, "Sir..I have not filled out ANY online applications in probably 2 years!!!!!"  "Sorr...............click."

I have asked them SEVERAL times to quit calling....they call me at lease twice a week. Thanks Popsi b for the info on the FCC....I am going to fill it out now.  tired of them calling me!

Yes Ronald... you should share with the rest of us the name of this company. I too would like to lower my rates. But you know for some odd reason... when this phone number calls me, they just don't leave a message.
