They call my cell over and over and over....I finally blocked the caller on my cell phone - I am waiting for them to call from another number.  They are clearing breaking the law, once you say do not call me on this number - they must stop, but they don't.  I reported them to the better business bureau and the attorney general's office.

I am a student at Kaplan but I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. I won't answer calls form numbers I don't know.

It is Kaplan.  I am a graduate student there.  They apparently don't care to leave messages.  When I answer, they talk.  When I don't they hang up like a telemarketer would do.  Weird.

I went on their (Kaplan University) website and requested more information and ever since then I get a call from this number everyday...it's unbelievable. Just because I don't answer the phone doesn't mean call me 2 or 3 times every freaking day. It's obvious they're just out for money, and with that being said I've decided to go with a local Tech college.

For those of you complaining, Kapan actually TALKS to you.  You are NOT requesting information.  You are requesting that an enrollment advisor contact you! Please read before requesting information.  If you are genuinely interested, then TALK to them!  I have two degrees from them.  It's not a bad school.

They call day after day for weeks now, and suddenly other schools are starting to call. I signed up about 3 weeks ago to get some info on the internet. I turned out not interested, I told this to the caller several times but they will not stop. All the schools call at least 10 times a day.

Jim, You don't know what you're talking about here. You may well have contacted Kaplan & been contacted by them as a result. I, for one, never contacted them, ever, yet I am getting these calls from them. Any message they leave is always a "wrong number". They do not stop calling because you ask them to. I've done that so many times & still get the calls. They always say "sorry!", a mistake. They say they'll put it in the computer so I don't get called again, but I do. The numbers vary, too, but it's always the same story. It is some type of scam.

Jim, please elaborate on what intelligence level is necessary for a college level, and also please ascertain your reasoning for why a "Do Not Call" list is related to intelligence. Also, did you know intelligence is an indirect measurement of a behavior and cannot be directly proven by any form of reasoning? We only assume that because results correlate with this theory of intelligence, we assume it to exist. Do not mess with a college mind, pal. You can dig yourself into an embarassing hole and look like a moron. Just thought I would share my frustrations with you.
