This number calls me once a day, I never answer since I don't recognize it, but from the look of things it's a scam and I'm not the only one they bother.

My husband received a call from this number.  Caller ID was Hollywood, FL.  She said she was trying to confirm that he is the person they are trying to locate.  Had his last name only.  She tried to get him to tell her his birthdate & last 4 numbers of his SS#.  Of course he refused.

I just don't answer any strange numbers. They can leave a message or not - I will not return their calls.

This number keeps calling my cell. I don't them or the number.

I have received about 20-30 calls from this number, maybe even more! I don't answer numbers I do not know and will not call back if there is no message left. I have always paid my bills on time so there should be no reason that a collection agency would be calling me. It's extremely annoying. Anyone have any luck getting them to stop?

Got a call about a neighbor who is getting divorced and just sold their home, told the woman I don't know where he was. She said OK and hung up.   Lazy B*****ds hire an investigator!  Don't use us to provide your information, like the Chinamen said in Hangover, "Not my Problem"!

954-538-7533 is from PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC , a debt buying company calling for collection. .

This is a collection agency who contacted me regarding a client's collection matter.  I advised them that attorney client privilege prevented my communicating with them and that all future contact with my client should be reduced to writing sent via USPS and to not call the client  again.  These collection matters are all governed by the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA).  A failure to comply will subject the collection firm to treble damages and reasonable attorney fees.

They call and hang up!  According to this site it is United Collection Bureau.

These people keep calling me several times a day.  I want it to stop!  I don't answer the toll-free number because I don't recognize this area code.  I don't know who they are or what they want, but I want them to stop calling my number.  Thank you for any help you can give me.

Not only are they calling me, but they called my Aunt and Mother in Law asking for me.   This company continues to call and harrass me and my family.  Caller ID 954-538-7530

These people have called me 3 times for a debt that is not mine. I have told them 3 times that I have no idea where the person is they are trying to reach but to no avail! They told me that the person has me listed as a reference, which is a flat out lie!
Last year, the same thing happened and  I received a check for over $300. from the Ohio Attorney General's office!
