Recd a call from the above numberand the representative whose name was Arlene was very rude and hung up on me.  I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor but was put on hold for an unacceptable length of time until I finally hung up without speaking to anyone.

This is a scam.  I received a phone call from an Arlene at "Caribbean Cruise Line" who pitched a free 2-night, 3-day Caribbean cruise for 2 people, and $650 in free "travel credits" for land stays.  She said that since their cruise ships are empty, they need people, and that I only had to cover the $59/person port tax.  She asked for my credit card number over the phone, after which I hung up.  Don't fall victim to this scam like so many others have.  Caveat Emptor!

Had several calls from 212 777 8451 that i missed, so today I made sure I answered and flipped the ole tape recorder on. This automated voice, that I kept asking are you a real person and it told me yes, said it was audio assist or something like that but real person was controlling it. Ask me all the usual questions, 18 or older, major credit card, etc. She then transferred me to Mike, who came on the line and told me everything except food and drinks and gambling was free on the cruise. I kept asking him, how was I selected and he told me that I had signed up on line and entered my phone number. I told him that I am very cautious about this kind of stuff and that I hadn't gave my phone number to anyone. He said "yes you did" or we wouldn't be calling you. Well OK, excuse me Mike for not knowing more about myself than you do. Anyway, He went through his big sales pitch about all the fancy crap that's on the boat and what his favorite restaurant was onboard, then advised me that I would have to pay the taxes, this is where I had a little fun, I asked why can't I pay them when I board the ship, he said oh no has to be paid ahead of time, I then started talking to him about giving out my  information on line or a phone, and he assured me that he would give me an "audio confirmation" and would email me and would give me my own personal website to plan my trip. Well that made me feel real secure, NOT!!!. I kept asking questions about the taxes so he transferred me to his supervisor "woman" and she came on to assure me everything thing was legit, kept her online a few minutes, then looked at the timer on my recorder and it was just a little past 15 minutes, i then told her you know my timer says we been on phone for 15 minutes and I just gotta tell you, i been pulling your chain, i didn't want your trip to start with and then said but i've had a nice time talking with you guys. She said well thank you and have a nice day. Well I guess ole Mikey didn't believe her when she told him what I said cause he called back and said "did you call and keep us on phone for 15 minutes just for fun, I said well actually you called me and yes I did keep you on phone for the fun of it, he said well I'm glad you enjoyed yourself have a nice day and hung up. HEY PEOPLE HAVE SOME FUN WITH THESE MORONS WHEN THEY CALL, TIE EM UP FOR A WHILE, JUST THINK YOU MIGHT SAVE SOMEONE ELSE FROM GETTING SCAMMED.

I also answered the survey, and got the call. I am totally blind with other disabilities. The friendly person, DeVonne, from Jamaica, told me my disabled friend and I would get everything free: the hotel in Florida, the cruise, everything. When I told him two blind people could not drive a rental car, he promised 100 bucks for taxis or a driver from the concierge at the hotel. Everything looked so disabled-friendly and sunny. Then the supervisor, Christine, tells me the hotel is NOT free. It's about $616. I'm like, Wait a minute! Your agent told me it was free. My friend and I are blind and otherwise disabled; we don't make money. She excused the misinformation by saying the agent is "very new". Why the (*&^% don't people tell their supposedly new agents the right *&^%^& information?
I'd already given them my card for port fees, but it was declined. Christine says, Let's phone your bank. I'm still so excited, even though I'm peeved about the so-called "new" agent giving me misinformation, which was how Christine excused the "free hotel" bit. We call my bank. They won't lend me any more. Now, I thank God my credit card was declined.

I got phone calls from these numbers 1 week ago. 2 previous phone calls were missed calls. Then they called again, and I picked up the phone. It was automated survey questions that I ha to answer. In the end of 3 questions, I was told by the machine that I won a free cruise ship to Bahamas....And I would get my registration done within 48 hours. I was so excited...I got a phone call then today ( after a week), congratulating me for the free cruise ship. The female who was on the phone with me asked me to pay $118.00 for taxes, because the offer I had does not cover taxes...I asked her to send me info via email web site, she refused....I asked her to give me the phone number where I could reach them...she said NO...Tried again to ask her to send me the info via email, she said that she did, but never went through...we spent 30 minutes on the phone, waiting for her email to come through, never did and never will..:) She asked me a credit card info, and my address.. I gave her wrong number...and in the end she said that card has declined...She asked me the Bank phone number, so that she can connect me to the bank so that  I can talk to them, then I hand up.....BIG SCAMMERS!!!! stay away

I wish I would have found this website before I went through with this company.  Well I should have known that nothing is for FREE!  I spoke with someone name Justin which was very polite and friendly.  He explained to me all about the free cruise from south Florida to the Grand Bahamas for 2 nights & 3 days and you only had to pay $59 per person for port fee.  You had 18 months to take the trip and you had to notify them within 30-60 days to schedule the trip.  Well all of that was fine with me so I gave them my credit card for the $118.  Well then he tells me about some resort at the Bahamas that will allow me to stay for an additional 4 or 5 days for an additional $900 something.  I told him that I was not interested.  Then he tells me about for an additional $700 something to stay in Orlando, FL, I told him not interested.  Then he tells me for an additional $500 something to stay in Ft. Lauderdale, FL again, I tell him no thank you, not interested.  At this time I am becoming irritated and ask if I can only have the cruise and that's it so he tell me okay and put this rude lady on the phone.  She ask me why won't I take advantage of the savings they are trying to offer me.  I tell her, I am, I am taking advantage of the free cruise.  She said well because you are now a valuable customer of Caribbean Cruise Line, we are offering you saving up to 70% off the regular price is it money problems.  I tell her if that is what you want to hear, then yes, I don't have it.  She says well, how about $347 for a 1 day accommodations in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and a 4 day rental car.  I told her no, and I would just like to cancel the whole thing.  She said no, too late, we have your money for the cruise already so you can't cancel that.  I told her I should have at least 24 hours to cancel any contract.  She told me no I didn't that it was a promotional deal and if I chose not to take it that's too bad.  While on the phone, I immediately checked my account and no money had been taken out.  I told her well okay then. so she told me to hold on.  Of course we exchanged other words before that but the bottom line is she told me she was the manager, refused to give me her name and was very rude.  I told her that she had no customer service skills and was very cold.  Well once she put me on hold, Justin came back on the phone and told me to hold on so I could speak with the finance department to authorize my charge for the $118.  I immediately hung up and called my bank.  While on the phone with customer service, she told me that the charge when through while we were speaking.  Thank God she told me not to worry.  I had to file a dispute for an unauthorized transaction and will get my money back...it may take a few days but at least I will get it back.  They go under OWC TRAVEL SERVICE.  So if you every hear of OWC TRAVEL SERVICE or CARIBBEAN CRUISE LINE....you had better BEWARE!

This number has been calling my partner's cell phone for a month now, several times a day.  I finally picked it up today and they asked for his ex-wife.  When I stated that the ex-wife and he are not related she got very huffy and made sure that I knew that this number had been provided by the ex as a contact for her.  Again I stated that the information as incorrect and she reiderated that the number was provide and she didn't just look up the number in a phone book.

Thanks. I received one today. I called and told the gal that I needed another day to "make arrangements", a
"Supervisor" came on and was audibly dissapointed when I insisted that I had no card with me, but will tomorrow. I then came here to check it out. Your info is invaluable.

Hi :
I decided to take the special offer trip (over the phone) to Fort Lauderdale Fl. to take The Bahamas cruise and return to Ft. Lauderdale Fl. to take another 2 more days going to Orlando later on after coming back from The Bahamas...(total 11 days/10 nights) and two of those in the Bahamas )(optional for 600.00 all inclusive same as well as the stay in Florida/Carnival cruise as well) already paid this on payments (except the 2 days in the island),since this was my only option because I had no money at the time I accepted to buy the trip. I pay $ 900.00 in a year and the airfare in one shot to hold the date.

So I paid $1,054.00 to fly 4 persons all the way from Seattle Wa. to Fort Lauderdale Fl. so to go to The Bahamas is not that bad ( is it?)

I'm on the phone as we speak to do the final booking on August the 22nd and so far I haven't get any bad customer service neither rude or a mean reps.in fact all the opposite. I asked too many questions based on the reviews I saw here and in other sites I research on my own before I got excited which is the smarter thing you can do and within travel agents to make sure this wasn't a fraud because it sounds too good to be true, Isearched many websites, and i couldn't find negative things except here... and I have told (and I did) by their agents to please check this websites:

www.florida555.com and
www.bbptravel.com

To check that is not scam I call under different names and only one thing didn't sound regular (the name where the information came from and the site are different) but checking deeper on their site they  seem to be legitimate but no guarantees right?
well once I got there (their website) I got the same info they gave me over the phone so I can only tell more after the trip just to not speculate without even trying...it made sense to me and anyways I had paid for it already so I only wish this is no scam like many people expressed here just because they asked you for credit card? don't the other web sites where you buy online things/items etc...do the same?...
.well I'm not defending them 100% and I'm not denying the possibility of being ripped off ( I hope not) but I have everything already booked and I'm ready for what is coming and I will tell you the outcome of this saga after the trip on September 1st, 2012 so I hope the trip don't suck and wish me luck on my all inclusive except gambling souvenirs and alcohol pretty much...

PS...very important to mention they did tell me about the presentation for an hour and ½ or so on my second day in Fla. to show me and invite me to buy a time share (very straight forward from their side)  no problem if you are not interested or can't ( which is really my case) and again I will keep you posted.
very important to say I'm not paid by them or in anyway involved, work, compensated and/or defending them just giving them an opportunity to show that they are fair and I'm open about it...(but also I have no choice here) ? it better be true because I got a lawyer in case if they fail to fulfill their promises...I will fulfill mine of suing their company for whatever they do wrong and that my friends it will be documented  as well here... thanks @lex P?
