i just got a charge for this company on my cc for 4.95 who did they get my numbers? this is deffenatly id theft as far as me and my bank are concerned

bank account was charged $4.95 from this #.... Wisee Goods LLC. Can we get charges reversed?

My check card was debited for $4.95 today 6/18/08.  I found this site through google.  This is not a valid charge and is fraud.  They have my account number but no pin.  Watch out!  I'm reporting it to fraud department of my bank.

I just received my cc statement with the same amount of $4.95.  This is ridiculous!

We found several charges on our credit card. We have filed complaints  with government agencies.

The unauthorized charges from EPOCH.COM., a credit card processing company started coming through on my account. There were additional unauthorized charges from other companies associated with EPOCH.COM.  These companies have deducted a total of $778.56 in unauthorized charges.

EPOCH.COM is the parent company or associated with Clear River LLC (309-740-1651), KCSOFTLLC.COM (509-461-1156), STOCKIMAGESPOT.COM (765-997-1160), and PL PROJECT COMPANY (424-785-1586).  All of which have managed to deduct moneys not owed.
 
I contacted EPOCH.COM about the charges and they advised the account was opened 10/15/2007. The confirmation e-mail address is not mine and the IP address is available only to Law Enforcement.    

I found several complaints listed on the Internet pertaining to EPOCH.COM and it's associate companies. There are very similar complaints listed on the Internet.

I received several unauthorized charges on my Master Charge. This company is associated with EPOCH.COM, PL PROJECT COMPANY, KCSOFTLLC.COM, AND CLEAR RIVER LLC.  ALL THESE COMPANIES ARE MAKING ILLEGAL CHARGES ON ACCOUNTS.

on June 12th my credit card was charged $6.95 by Wisee Goods, LLC.  I called the phone number attached to the transaction and it is a residential phone number.  A girl answered and flipped on me?  These people need to be stopped.

found this charge on my card. tried to call, but only got a fast busy signal. called the credit card company and they took it off my bill. how do they get away with this

I just had this charge show up on my bank statement. I called my bank and filed a fraudlent charge. They are changing my card now. I also contacted the AG in FL.

On 5-30-2008 I had a charge of $4.95 from WISEE GOODS LLC.  We never made this charge.  I called the listed number and found it disconnected.  I have also had charges from Xyron Inc and Monrovia Inc last month.  I am military and have made several orders through Ranger Joe's on-line and over the phone.  I think it is interesting the common link with them.  

I will call Ranger Joe's and complain that this is too coincidental to be just that.

I got a $4.95 charge to my Capital One card, one that I NEVER use.  A call to them removed the charge.  This is the second time that I have incurred a charge like this to this card specifically.

I too have shopped at Ranger Joe's.  I had the charge from WISEE GOODS LLC just yesterday and have had one from Interactive Designs.  I contacted Interactive Designs and they credited my account back.  I emailed the Florida Attorney General as suggested by the comment a few blocks up and am going to my bank today to dispute the charge and cancel my debit card.

I also was charged $2.95 on June 1, 2008. I have not been to Florida in over a decade! I am disputing it with my bank now. and will report them.

Wisee Goods hit West Virginia also -- I sent an e-mail to our Attorney General and to Florida's Attorney General.

I see you reported back in April, but there were many people before and after April.

It doesn't look like anyone has shut down Wisee Goods yet!

we were in fl for 3 months jan=feb and march of this year----the only place we used our debit card was at w-mart in lehigh acres--the only place--but we got charge $2.95 from wisee---someone at w-mart had to steal our card number--bob

It was not a call but a random charge for 4.95 in my pending debits. I know every penny that we spend and that was NOT one of them. I try to call this number that is on their account and it is not a working number. So how the heck are they still running this scam if they do not even have a number to be called on? I know that $4.95 is not a lot of money but they are still acting fraudulently and need to be stopped and put behind bars. I wonder how many people they have done this to? The could have gotten a LOT of money from people by now.

I was charged $4.95 from Wisee Goods LLC on my debit card. I first didn't recall any purchase and called my bank. They didn't have any info, so I googled the name and found this website. I canceled my card and got new debit card. I hope I won't be charged next week.
My bank asked me to call them to make sure I didn't purchase anything. I have been trying but it is busy. I can't reach them at all.
I also followed the advice and emailed to The Attorney General in FL.

Not sure about the phone number... but I too was hit for an authorized charge to LoadofPhotos.com for $9.87

I received on as well on 4/28 for $4.95.

I just found two wisee goods LLC and stockimagespot.com charges on my credit card as well.

I live in Las Vegas and recently been charged a 4.95 charge through my bank from wiseegoods. I have changed my card number and the bank will refund the money.  However in April I was also charged a $9.85 charge from a GOSAMPLEPRO.COM I think this is just another one of there co. because when I tried to contact them I got the same response,a recording, a woman with an accent.  this charge is also being removed from my bank.

I just got scammed also! 4.95 wiseegoods llc!  Isn't there anything anyone can do to bring this BS undercontroll?  I have gotten the calls also where you pick it up and there is nothing there.  It's got to be connected to there scam somehow.  I told my husband not to answer those calls!  What if somehow thats how they verify you and your credit card #?  Don't answer the calls if you can help it just in case!  Oh and I did cancel my card but I didn't bother telling my card company to get a refund because I have a Greendot Visa and you have to go through all this rediculous BS jus to report the fraudulent transaction.  It isn't worth it.  Greendot doesn't care and won't do a thing about them anyways.  Like I said I cancel the card I'll get a new one and pray it doesn't happen again.  I don't have the money to keep throwing away like this!

At the urging of another poster on this site, I took my concerns to an investingating office - he replied the next day with the following:
The USSS is currently looking at this case.  It is a federal case since it involves a bunch of overseas wire transfers.  The company is just a front for a credit card skimming operation.  Your bank should do a charge back to the company and credit your account accordingly.

Like the rest of you, I too was scammed by WISEE GOODS.  As suggested, I contacted both the Florida Attorney General AND Michael Adcock at the Miramar PD, Criminal Investigations.  The reply that I got from the Miramar PD was this "The USSS is currently looking at this case.  It is a federal case since it involves a bunch of overseas wire transfers.  The company is just a front for a credit card skimming operation.  Your bank should do a charge back to the company and credit your account accordingly."  At least I know that WISEE GOODS LLC is being investigated and if enough people write to both the Florida Attorney General at http://myfloridalegal.com AND the Miramar PD at http://madcock@ci.miramar.fl.us, maybe we can get this company shut down permanently.

I received charges from both Wisee Goods LLC and Stock Image Planet and have never dealth with either of those companies and did not authorize them to use my credit card number.

I am researching charges from both of the companies you had listed.  Do you think they are connected?  Wisee and Stock Images...
