It is a call proposing to reduce your credit card debt. Starts off as a recording and I connected to the agent and asked for the name of the company. She mumbled something like "Consumer Advocacy", however when I asked for an address was advised that they are not allowed to give it out. I advised that we are on the Do Not Call List and to please remove our number from their list and I was going to report them. Which I have done on the Do Not Call website under complaints.
