They phoned AGAIN, even though I asked to be contacted by email only.  Am highly suspicious of a company's credibility when their number on caller ID shows up as "unavailable."  If they are a reputable company, why not use your company name on caller ID?  

As a heads up -- these folks are not rated by the BBB.  There are many complaints against them and I don't intend to be added to their list of disgruntled customers.  :-)

Me too -- preferred method of contact:  EMAIL!!  I will go with the company that contacts me via email, regardless of the cost.  

Note I listed this call as a "prank call" since I asked NOT to be called.

Same here. I requested a moving quote via email... thanks for your post.

I was trying to find moving quotes online. After recieving their email i chose not to use them due to high prices. They then called me (despite only asking for an email quote) and when i started to explain that i would like them to not call i was rudely hung up on midsentance. The following day i recieved another phone call from the same person (a Chris) who said "whatever" as i reminded him i had asked them yesterday not to call me. He once again hung up on me midsentance!
