Same as me about 1 min ago,  and my number is on do not call list

Just block this number on your Android, I did and my phone will never ring from them again... go to the Google Play store and look for a free Phone Number Blocking app. I found one called Mr. Number and it works pretty good. All you have to do when a # calls you that is spam or phishing or Spanish speaking, just click "Block caller" and your phone will never ring again from them. There are other free apps on Google Play as well that probably do the same, but the one I used is called Mr. Number and it's free. There are probably some others that cost money too, just read the reviews and choose one. Best app I've ever installed.

They called me today then when I called back it said not a working number

I tried to call them back and received a recording that it was a non working number.

It is some company in Florida offering you a vacation.  Not sure what the scam is.  I don't listen to enough of the recording to find out more than Congratulations you have wona trop to.... that's is where I usually hang up.

I don't know who is calling me from this number I do not know anyone in Florida. I don't even answer the call and no message is left on my voicemail.

Same ol' scam, A Spanish woman trying to telemarket lotto rip off.

A spenish woman's voice recording says I might have won $2000 in what sounds like a rip off.

A female recorded voice said in Spanish, "you can win $2000 dollars"

Received call from 954-639-4558. I did not answer and caller did not leave message.

just received a call on my cell phone from this number I don't know what the number is but I looked it up it looks like it's some  kind of insurance sales

These are foreign criminal scammers - you can't tell them anything and they are out of US jurisdiction.
They don't care what time it is, they just let their robo-caller run.
Besides, it might be 9am where they are calling from.

Too bad we can't get the NSA to track their location and forward it to the CIA drone center.
That would be getting value for our tax dollars.

Obviously a criminal scam call - they are violating multiple laws/regulations to begin with.
Most likely internet calls from outside the US with a spoofed phone number.
Don't call them back, don't enter anything.
If you see the number call again - don't answer.

The caller is a criminal operation - violating several laws with impunity.
Probably a robo-call from outside the US with a spoofed phone number.
Why complain about the time of the call.

Called me in the evening, spanish recording, hung up after a few second.

Don't answer if you get a call from this number it is a crank Call!!!!

Just got the call half an hour ago. Only answered because I have relatives on vacation in Florida. Forgot it's midnight there when I got the call. Some nut starting speaking a language I couldn't identify or understnad. Told the voice I only spoke english and it hung up. Tried calling back and said the number wasn't working.

got voicemail message from this number on my cellphone. message in spanish. already had the number on call blocker, message not blocked. anyone who knows how to block voicemail messages and texts let me know. I'm on do not call lists.

Has called me over 30 times and keeps calling me and I blocked the number

I keep getting a call every 4 minutes for the past 2 hours

Got a couple calls at 6 am and it left a message that it was a jail. i called it back said it was disconeted

received a call from this number 2/13/14; did not answer because I did not recognize it.  They left no message or anything.
