I must be on  SCm list as well..I have gotten several calls about the same craziness aseveryoneelse here..They threatenand yell and tellyou you are a terrible person and they will take you to jail

Yes same scam that has been at least for me been calling me and my place of work with the same words of how I'm being arrested and my SS# has committed some crime against someone (they never say who). These guys are like reading from a Q-card ever since 2005 All the same words used. These guys always have an Indian accent (they are more than likely over seas India or Pakistan)  ... just dif American names are used. Yes there is a warning out by the BBB on these guys. They are thieves and extortionists and terrorists... to say the least, Target US citizens !!!!! I'm sure they do not even have a green card... how could a felon get one? Yes report them to the FBI!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the Federal trade commission etc. DO NOT give these aready felons committing a felon your  $$$$ nor any private info what so ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their phone numbers are changed all the time, just block them!
The US laws past in 1978 state proof must be received by certified mail to you before any actions can be done against you! EVERYTHING you have read above about them is true!

Call came into office for a person, from a blocked number, stated His Name was Nick Foster, from Law Firm ACS.. very heavy India Indian Accent
Call back Number 954-639-9159. this was at 10am..

Rec'd a call later on from "Shawn Johnson", very heavy India Indian accent, left Number as 347-292-8536.

Had same thing happen but think the name was louis From Central Affidavit services, called federal trade commission and reported it, believe to be a scam..

i keep receiving a call from this number and the caller will only say that it is very important to talk to me about a very important matter. I received a call back from this number about 1 or month ago saying that i need to pay a debt that was owed and if i didn't that legal matters would be reported against me.when i ask for information they can never give me any information or send me anything to see what the debt is. can you help me to find out what this is and stop them from calling me? please help

I have received a call that registers as 00000000, but the Indian person leaves a phone # 954-639-9159. He states he is Officer Lusky with the attorney's office. He doesn't pronounce by name correctly and demands I call him back. I don't know where they stole my information from, but they are major scammers. I have reported them to the FTC twice before.

WOW!!  I just called back the number left on my cell..954 639 9159.  Very interesting.....I asked to speak to supervisor and the man that answered said he was the senior attorney at that law firm.  I told him I was advising him of that the phone number 954 639 9159 is reported as a scam attempt.  He then asked for my information and I said I would not give him any of my information and just wanted to advise him that his phone number is commiting a crime.  He went off, cursing me to no limits, telling me to shut up, yelling at me and I just kept talking telling him this number is under investigation with law authorities.  He was so angry he continued yelling, calling me vulgar names, insulting my mother, telling me to shut up.  I kept my cool and told him I to advise his employees to stop calling, stop bothering people, and to please do the decent thing and just stop this now.  He probably never heard a word a said because he was yelling so much and the cursing was just so awful.  
SO PLEASE EVERYONE PLEASE DO NOT GIVE INTO THESE PEOPLE AND TAKE THEM ON!!!

I just got a call on my cell from 000 000 0000.  This is not the first time I have encountered speaking to these people.  IT IS  SCAM!!!!  I fell for it once, but not again!!!  DO NOT GIVE IN TO THEIR DEMANDS!!!  File a police report so there is record of this company doing this type of scam.  Everything mentioned by previous messages/blogs is true.  It's a an indian (heavy) type accent, they are from a law firm and always have American names.  Oh the kicker is that at the end of every message they say God Bless You.  WOW!!!  Shame on these criminals!!!

I just got a call from this  954-639-9159 asking for my sister-in-law. This fellow, with a very heavy middle eastern accent, said he was Officer Louis King and he wanted to talk to her.  I told him I could get a message to her but she didn't live here.  He said there was a lawsuit filed against her name and social security number and that he needed to have her call him back very soon.  He asked when she would be calling back and I told him I didn't know as I wasn't sure how soon I could get the message to her.  He sounded like he didn't completely understand what I was saying so I had to repeat things over several times and he kept repeating what he was saying.

i received a call from the 9546399159 number at my job but the name they gave was kevin johnson. he said i appiled for credit and that he wanted to contact me .he was told i couldnt receive calls at work and then called my cell the number came up as all 0000000.

I received a call from a Nick Foster who said they would be sending the police to my home and job.
For non-payment of a pay day loan that I never took out he was harassing.  There should be something
that can be done about this type of treatment.  No one should have to put up with such nonsense.

this is a scam. caller states of a lawsuit and threatens to send authoirites to my billing address & job.

Central Affidavit Services called my office with this new telephone number (954) 639-9159.  I recognized the voice on the phone and said that Carole didn't work there anymore.  I then hung up.  Seconds later, they called back and asked to speak to my supervisor.  These people are persistent and extremely aggressive. They are scam artists who have gotten hold of my personal information from Teletrac. They gave this number to call

We received a call from a gentleman with a heavy Indian accent who stated his name was Nick Foster and that he worked for Central Affidavit Services.  He requested to speak with one of our employees.  I explained that, being a school corporation, that our employees could not receive personal phone calls and that he would have to contact her at home.  He got very flustered and went on to say that it was our responsibility to get a message to her.  I stated that we were not responsible for her personal business and again told him to contact her at home.  He said we were responsible because she misappropriated funds by taking out a loan based on her paycheck and not paying it back.  I explained that this was an issue between him and her.  He said that because she was given the loan based on her paycheck from our company, that we were responsible.  I stated that everyone gets a loan based on their income, but that the employer is not responsible.  He became very argumentative and said that he would continue to call.  I told him that if he had nothing better to do that waste his time and mine, that he could call, but that he would get the same response.  I then asked to speak to a supervisor.  He placed me on hold and when he came back he stated the supervisor was unavailable and that I would have to call back.

I called back later and spoke with a gentleman who said his name was Julian Marshall and that he was a Senior Accout Rep. and that there was no supervisor.  I explained that I wished to discuss my previous call with Mr. Foster and went on to go over that conversation.  He also tried to stress the importance of my taking a message.  I explained that I was not going to take a message.  He asked if he could fax a document to pass along to our employee.  I told him to go ahead, just so that I could hopefully gather more info on this so called company.  We never received a fax.

These calls are very similar to calls we received from a gentleman who sounded very similar to Nick Foster.  He asked to speak to an employee and was informed of our policy.  He became very irate when I would not take a message and stated that our company would receive a black mark.  He stated the samething about us being responsible for the money owed by this employee and that we could be sued.  I told him to do what he felt was necessary.  He attempted several times to call in regards to this employee and each time he argued with me.  Then we received several phone calls where he would call and  blurt out obscenities and hang up.  Since the calls came in as unknown caller, we were unable to issue a complaint.  Then he called in on another line in the office and left a message for this same employee.  He left the name of the company, 1st Attorney's Law Firm, and a phone number, 760-851-0932.

We checked this number out and there were several complaints listed.
