This strange call could not speak english well ask for police??

I didn't answer the first time they called because I didn't know the number. As soon as it quit ringing they called again so I answered it. Some woman speaking what I adsume was Spanish  started talking. I said excuse me but you have a wrong number because I speak English. She kept talking so I hung up. Not two minutes later she calls again. I'm pissed now so I answer wnd say listen bi*** I told you I speak English now leave me alone. I hang up. THEN she calls bavk again and I really let her have it. I can' t repeat what I said. Inwas nice the first time but 4 calls in less than 10 minutes is beyond ridiculous. If she had called back a fifth time I was gonna cuss her in Spanish. Lol I don't sound like I speak anything but English so I don't care that I was rude. She started it by calling the third time.

I get phone calls from 954-653-0000 on average twice a week, and it is a WORK cell phone.  I find this incredibly annoying.  They call as late as 10pm at night and it is always a spanish person.  I have tried ignoring the calls, I have tried answering the calls and giving them a piece of my mind and telling them not to call again.  I don't know what else to do. UGH!

I want to know how to start filing charges. I'm tired of these harassment calls

I GOT THE SAME THING...# CALLED ME, WENT TO RETURN THE CALL. GOT THIS # IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE , OR SOMETHING TO THAT EFFECT!

I dont apprecciate nor do i want to recieve anymore calls from this number it is both annoying scary and suspicious.

i did some research and that numbers owner is listed as Allegiana Telecom Of Florida Inc.  So now how do I go about reporting this to whomever?

They are doing what's known as "spoofing" their caller id information. This is when they cause a phony number to be displayed on your caller id, rather than the true number they are calling from. So the number that is displaying on your caller id and that you are calling back is an out of service number, and it is not the phone number they are really calling from.

I read your post about this weird number after i posted my info.  what is this number?  You got a call from the same one?  If so how come when I called back it said the number was no longer in service and there was nothing spanish about it?

I recieved a call from this number less than ten minutes ago on my cell phone.  It didnt come up as a number i knew so I didnt answer it.  However after the call incoming was over I tried to call the number back an dthe automated phone lady came on and said that the number was no longer in service.  How is a no longer in servcie number going to call me and then not anwer when I call back?  I find this both annoying and very liery of a situation.  Can anyone else who has experienced this please shed some light on my world about it?
