Have been receiving calls from this company, Specialty Travel. We are on Do Not Call list also. They called on the pretense we had a FL vacation that was never used. Somehow, somewhere we had taken an offer from RCI, The Wyndham Resort. They had paid for us and this was the travel agency arranging it. Because we never used it, this company was calling to give us one last chance to use it. Use my CC to pay FL travel tax of $139.00 and they would send me my package. Tom said he'd been calling me for 3 days, I was wasting his time and if I didn't accept it would be gone forever. He called back the next day!
SCAM........Could they get around DNC list by saying we are previous customers?

just got a call today from a different fla number but it was the SAME exact thing that the person before wrote... just a different line... they said that i won a DISNEY cruise! same thing minus the timeshare stuff...kinda sucks cuz i was actually getting excited until the told me that they have my visa on file... very nice but uhhhh  I don't have a visa! so yea... too bad :( woulda been nice to go to florida and see disneyworld with my little one...

This is a travel packager. The offer is 4 days and 3 nights in Orlando PLUS rental car PLUS 3 days and 2 nights in Daytona (beachfront hotel) PLUS 3 days and 2 nights in a selection of possible vacation sites. You have to undergo a timeshare presentation and pay a fee to the company calling. The initial price is $298, but if that's too much, voila, it's $138, but ONLY if you act NOW, no calling back. Lots more details given. I passed it up because of the "we can't call you back and you can't call us, so give us your credit card number NOW." She said the company is listed with sunbiz.org, the official Florida business directory of the Secretary of State, and there is such a company listed, but is she really calling from that company? No way to know....
NOTE: I got an almost identical call last week from a different person representing a different company... same deal. I passed.

Call from 9546589813 - same thing - no one answers after saying hello several times. Called back the # and recording says # temporarily not in service?!?

I received a call from 1954 658 9813 telling me that they got a package from a time share company that was not handed over to me and had returned back. They were willing to renew the deal and give it to me provided I pay for the taxes. The amount I had to pay was around $ 199. I was almost going to do the payment with my credit card, when I decided to check their web site and got to this place that I read all the articles about them as I put them on hold while I was browsing the comments. As I did not see any positive comments on them I decided to disconnect the line. Then I tried calling the same number they called me from and I get a message saying that the line is not in service. Then I get a call from 1 561 287 3030 which happens to be a travel company. I did not take the call as I was a bit apprehensive about them.

call ID as SPAM SUSPECTED   ... did not answer the call.

Received a call from this number @ 11:16 am. Caller id said spam suspected so I didn't answer the phone. Thanks to comcast for id these people! After reading the posts on here I'm glad I didn't answer the call.

I have had numerous calls asking for Cindy from this number. I thought they were a collection agency but they were rude when I answered so now I just let it go to the answering machine and they still make rude comments in the background. It is a Florida number, who ever heard of a rude American? ;)

Receive calls from this number several times a day.
They hang up if answering machine kicks in.
They leave no message.
When I called the number back it says the number is not in service in both english and spanish.
If anyone has a way to stop these calls please post answer here.

Have gotten calls from this # 3 consecutive days once or twice a day.  They say nothing when I answer or when it goes to voice mail. What do telemarketers get from this?

Received 2 calls from this number today -- first one around 10 am asking for my husband -- when I asked who was calling they gave me a bs line that RCI paid for a vacation for us to take 2 years ago and they received the certificate back today -- they wanted to reissue it. I told them we weren't interested and the fellow hung up. Then around 1:00 I got another call -- this time they asked for me -- this guy was very agressive and when I told him I wasn't interested he asked why several times and I kept saying I wasn't interested -- he kept pushing with different locations -- finally I told him I was getting tired of their bs calls and to stop calling or I'd report them -- he continued to give me his line that the vacation was paid for and I told him to give it to someone else and I hung up on him. Really getting tired of these guys calling.

The telemarketer was very nice to me.  Say said I have a completely prepaid trip.
Too bad I have to work and cannot take advantage of this stroke of luck

Hi, we are in Ontario, do not call list. They keep calling us as well (today twice so far), no messages left..

Just received a call. They identified themselves as travel agents and tried to tell me that a Florida vacation package that we purchased 18 months ago and never used was returned to to them. I interrupted her speech and told her that was a load of crap and she screamed at me that they were bone fide travel agents and it wasn't a load of crap and then she hung up. Hope that's the last we'll hear from them.

This number calls me and are so rude - swearing, using the F word, and seems to have THUGS on the call lines. It's unreal and WON'T STOP.

I do think that the number is from a collection agency, the message I did got requested Mr and Ms P.... that had my number before I got it a year ago. Since I got my number I have received many calls asking for those people, from banks, credit cards, doctors, hospital, bondsmen and more.

They call twice every day. I have CALL DISPLAY. I do not answer. They leave no message. I called back and got " THE TELEPHONE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALED IS TEMPORARILY NOT IN SERVICE".

Heh, this shows up on my work phone caller ID as SPAM SUSPECTED with the number.

when you call the number back,it tells you that this number is not a working phone number. How can they get away with that!

I keep receiving calls from this number. It rings and when answered there is no one there or a dial tone.
It is getting to be very annoying. Please find a way to stop this.

Same bull**** as everyone eles says.  No one on the line.  I dont see the point.  Maybe some telemarketer getting paid by the call, confirming working lines or something stupid like that.
