unfortunatly I use to work for this company, and you are all correct it is a call center. once I  seen how they do business I quit. The thing is they are actually in panama, not in the states as the number shows on your caller I.D. so they are really out of reach because they can move before any one can touch them. Their base company is out of Miami and Orlander doing business as RAOCEAN.....GOODLUCK GUYS!!!

I recd a call. 6/18/12 at 12:15pm...  .ignored it. and then called them back. "Dave" answered and I asked who he was with and he stated U.S. Legal Aid and that they restructure credt card debt over $5K. Told him I was reporting this as he is a telemarketer. He states they aren't as they get their tele #'s from the credit bureau...scam if ever I heard one.I am reporting and also told them to remove my # from their list.

Total fraud. These effing SOBs called me at 11:30 PM; totally illegal. They kept me on hold for 7+ minutes and then hung up.

Called my cell at 9:18pm, wth?

Received call, didn't answer it. No message left.

Recorded message talking about credit card companies and predatory lending, then offering a free credit report.

They call repeatedly posing as one of my crditors, tellling me there is no problem with my account...
Don't know what the scam is, wish they would quit calling...

They call over 7 times a day!!!!!!

I am getting calls from the same number atleast 5-7 times a day.  I have spoke to them over and over and told them to remove me from their list and they just keep calling.  I am about to sue them simply because this is harrasment and they are calling my cell phone.

I just got a call from this number on my cell phone. I ignored it as I never answer calls from unfamiliar numbers. They did not leave a voicemail. I came to this board to find out who it is. Now I know not to call the number back!

Who did you report this to, I am sick of this company calling me!

I have been receiving these calls also, many, many times, told them DO NOT CALL ME! Got a call this morning at 7:15am from 954-671-1652. I asked him what the company name was and he kept asking me - "do you have credit card debt over $5K, I asked again who they were. I got the same response from him. They called my cell phone. I am on a do not call list and have asked repeatidly to stop calling me.
Later today I called him back and asked what the company name was and he told me-" US Legal Aide"    just amazing!!!!!!!
Is anyone going to do anything about this or who do I contact, they have been calling for months!

I have received several calls from this number and when I call back and select 2 to be removed from the call list the message plays again.  I am also on the do not call list so I don't know why I am getting these.  You cannot get anyone to answer, it's always automated.

Saw this number came up on my cell, so I called it and this is what it said.
Record message, "We can help with credit card with more than $5,000. Press 1 if you want more information or press 2 to be remove from our list." So I press 2 then a second message "If you owe more than 1,000 on your home mortage we can help. Press 1 to talk to angent or press 2 to be remove from our list" So I press 1 and they hang up, called them again to see what happen I press 1 first time it hung up.
My cell phone is on the Do Not Call List since 2008

They keep calling my cell phone and when I do not answer it they immediately call back!  I don't really care who they are, if they dont' leave a message I will assume they don't really need to talk to me.  I keep getting calls for someone else and it is getting on my nerves a bit!

I got a call today on my cell too, no message left either. No name or company name on the id so I don't answer either.  Stating that I am on the Do Not Call list never works, it seems pointless with all these calls that come into cell phones now.

I don't answer these calls, however, I am suppose to be on the Do Not Call List for Cellular numbers and this is annoying.  I will file charges.

They will not stop calling - even if you hit the option.   If I answer the call, they hang up on me.  So I finally called the number and chose the option that I was interested just so I could get a real person.  I told him I hit the option several times for them to stop calling me, but it doesn't stop and I want off this list. He said I'll remove you and hung up on me.    BIG SCAM.  They try to tell you that you don't owe any money on your credit cards because the credit card companies made you spend the money.  LOL ;)  OMG.

Apparently the DNC list does not work on land lines nor cell phones.  I get no less than a half dozen calls a day on both phones.  If I do not recognize the numbers, I do not answer, and most do not leave a message.   On top of that, now the political calls are coming, wanting my vote.  This is a big turn-off for me, regardless of the party they represent.  But phone companies make me so mad.  To me, if they give out my phone number to tele-marketers  -  that's invasion of  my privacy!   I agree with a previous comment  -  there are other jobs out there.  Do they think they are too good to flip burgers!
