I signes up for there services they offer me there dental,vision,hearing,teledoc, and vitacoast  i paid the 7.95 and they shipped me 2 cards and all the info if you want something for free moochie jeff go to the welfare line moron   you are the garbage we should kick out of this country freeloader

Add them to your address book as garbage and then set the ring tone to mute.  They can call as many times as they like

They seem like a reputable company, if you had your identity stolen you should go through the proper channels. Ranting about it on the internet and blaming people at random is not the way to do it, get a lawyer.

This is a scam. i gave them my info to sign up for it, and they stole my ID. any one says different then they must be in on it. do not believe them at all.

I actually signed up, they are a discount health company not insurance very good customer service great discounts

They have called me about once a day for a couple weeks now.  I finally picked up and they want to sell you bonus health insurance on top of your own insurance.  They go through their spiel and say "so how would you like us to charge the $7.95 shipping and handling charge?"  HA, I told them they aren't charging me anything and if you want me to look at your monthly crap deal send it to me for free.  pretty sure the guy threw out an f-bomb when i was continuously  denying him.
