Went to pick up call and person on other end hung up.

I get calls from this number every few days. Last week I answered and sais "Take my name off your list" and they hung up on me. Today, I tried to return the call using caller id. I got a recording stating the number has been changed. Call that number and you get another recording stating that number is changed. Call the third number and you get a disconnect recording. Try it!!
The original number traces to New Horizon Learning Center on Flamingo Road in Broward County Florida. I may stop by and ask them to explain all this!!
By the way, their call comes through as Out of Area even thought they are about 8 miles from my home!!

This used to come up on caller ID as WITH COMMUNITY.  They solicite donations for disabled and slain police officers.  I believe it is the State Troopers.  I have talked with them at length, letting them give their speal, then letting them waste their breath trying to get me to donate.  Then I have explained how my ex is a cop, had a two year affair, abandoned our three children and is living with his cop s**t, raising her two kids and hasn't seen his in 5 years.  I am contributing to the "Trying To Raise My Three Kids Fund" and to stop calling me.  He usually is speechless, says sorry for bothering and hangs up, only to call 2 months later.

I also keep getting these calls every few days and all the info that you have already stated has happened to me.  You call back that number and its disconnected and then you have to call 954 680 9496 which is also disconnected and they give you 954 680 8810 and at that point it just says number no longer in service.
