Did no good reporting it to Broward Co. Sheriffs Office, was put in touch with FBI agent, whose office was shut down two weeks before taking down the Company, then known as the Blue Streak Group. I did receive a stock certificate from Joe Allen, posing as president & owner of A J Balfour Investments. Ended up getting no help from anywhere.

Looks like I joined the group that got swindled out of a lot of money by this company too.  I lost all my retirement money to these crooks.  A Swindler by the name of Jack McGuire called so many times in 2008 that my cell phone bill was over $400.00.  I hope that they get what is coming to them for cheating so many people out of their hard earned money.  Mr Joseph Allen is a big scammer with whom I talked and got lied too and swindled out of all my money.  There is a judgement day and if they don't get judged here they will when they have to meet God some day.

There is also an investigation going on at the Broward County Sheriffs Office regarding them. Contact them!

The head of the Balfour Group is Joseph Leonard Allen--not Robert Joseph Allen.  He has an associate named Keith Allen and various other associates who are constantly changing.  I don't know if they are still in business but their web site is down and none of their phone numbers are working.

They have changed their name from AJ Balfour and Group, Inc. to Balfour Management Group. But they are still operating the same scam.  They offer penny stocks at inflated prices.  The stock may be restricted or you may not get your stock certificates.  Once you get your stock, it will be worthless.  Don't believe their lies about huge returns.  You will never see your money again.
The CEO of this firm is Robert Joseph Allen.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with these fakes?  Looks like I have been taken also.  Every number that I have has been disconnected.

Call the marketer number or Balfour directly and demand that your number be put on their never ever again under any circumstances forever and  eternity do not call list. If they continue, File a complaint with the FTC, your state Attorney General. All unwanted or anoying calls should be filed with www.donotcall.gov. Lawsuits against these idiots can and do happen. It's A J Balfour They are selling stock and want your money. They tell you that you spoke to them four months ago (Which I didn't) and ask you to remeber that they would call you when thay had a good stock to recommend. I have never spoke to them. It's a shaam. They want to start off with a $9k investment to prove their value. Then they will get deeper into you pocket all those investments will go bad. I've been there and have been burned. Don't you too be an idiot.

They are Belfour Management... a "marketing firm."

Every now and again, usually whilst I'm engaged, I'm interrupted by a call from this number.  I've never had a conversation with a soul when I answer for it always ends the call upon answering.

I've no idea who is placing this unsolicited intrusion.  As for being on the registry, I have yet to see a benefit, though I'm on it.
