Multiple calls, rude behavior, evasive with company information.

Our office received a call from "Bob Phillips" today. He immediately asked for our plant manager, which is generally a sign to us that the person calling is a telemarketer. Having received a similar call the day before I asked what the call was regarding; he ignored my request for information and proceeded to shout at me, asking again for the plant manager. When I asked what the name of his company was, he again ignored me and began asking for our general manager instead. Repeated attempts to find out what Bob Phillips wanted and who he was representing were met with louder and louder shouting, and finally hostile responses in response my queries. Although it's generally our policy not to hang up on anyone, I immediately hung up on "Mr. Phillips" after his responses became even more aggressive and downright rude. DO NOT give anyone calling from this number ANY information whatsoever. I think we can all agree that if they were a legitimate business they would not resort to such hostile tactics.

These jokers called our office today. Third time this week, trying to make us think they were doing business with our manager....who by the way has never heard of them or their company. This guys name was Richard Price who was very rude and nasty....when one of the girls ask him a few questions , he decided to get fulgar with her and started talking about his personal preferences to her. I have tried to redial this number but constantly rings with no answer. Would love to be able to get ahold of the man person with this company. Caller ID was MB Industrial....954-714-5814

These people have called from several different numbers now claiming to be from two different companies (Morrison Industries & Philips Industries) and claiming to either have met our "plant" manager or returning a phone call. Today I had someone say "how about a message in a bottle?" and then started singing! WHAT??!!! Do these people think receptionists were born yesterday? Called today 03-14-12 for "Donnie," didn't know his last name, but that he was a superintendent. Told me his name was Alvin Zigman and he was calling from Jackson AFB. Wanted the supt. cell no. but I wouldn't give it. Said they took their mobile devices, computers, etc, you know, being on an AFB. He told me he was in Jacksonville, FL, but my map shows 954 area code nowhere near Jacksonville. I radioed our supt to verify he didn't know this guy, & when I got back on the line to tell him that, the line went dead.

Epitome of a-holes.  I swear I am sick to death of people calling this business and asking me, "You don't know who your manager is?"  Of course I do, but you're a solicitor AND insulting me.  
As soon as I asked this fool what his call was regarding he hung up.

Yea, HR tried to put the guy through, Bob was his name (supposedly). What a cluster...Reverse look up put the number in Highland IL even though the area code is Hollywood FL. I will never answer a 954 area code phone number

I Received a call in today from this number in 954 area of i believe Florida?   The guy asked me for the Plant Managers name and I asked what it was regarding, he said doing business together, i told him doing business togther with him in Florida and he was shocked i knew he was calling from FL - What? He has never heard of caller ID?  He hung up because he knew he had been beat...real jerk. Don't give them any info.

Guy called yesterday and today asked for the shipping dept. I asked who was calling and he said JB Industries, said he had a box from us but the label was torn off, so how did he know it was from us?  I told him so and he said what are you the FBI and I said "you bet I am". They are a rip off company trying to sell cut rate shipping supplies, don't transfer them, don't give them your shipping supply buyer's name or verify your address or you'll be sorry.
