They call same time  every morning, as soon they get the anwser machine, they hang up and call again, and again within hour.

Called and asked for "accounts receivable"-- did not identify herself, just immediately and abruptly asked to be transfered. When asked directly, she told me they were a firm that did collections for delinquent accounts. Since my company does payment-up-front business only, we have no need for collections services, let alone ones that cold-call randomly.

Seems to be a different outbound number for Chase Cohen and Associates, which Google kindly told me had an F from the BBB and was also featured here under 954-717-4113.
