I would like to see the 'owner' of this number spend some time in jail / prison for harrassing my home. I've gone so far as to call the number back, and get a message that the mailbox is full. I will find the appropriate reporting channel for the FCC or Florida State Police to get involved.

This number calls me everyday. N/M. I want a F&%king COMPANY NAME, who is responsible for this!!!??!!??

Every day, sometimes twice per day or more, 954-727-1883; they call and hang up.  When calling back the phone number viewed on the caller ID, a male spanish speaking voice answers claiming "no english" but often times the voice mailbox is full, or spanish recording in response.
Who do I complaing to in order to make it stop?  Have to wonder what they're up to.  It's obnoxiously repetitive to receive these calls which now seem to be on a daily basis.

I just got repeat calls from a non-English speaker from this number and I'd like to report these calls as harassment.

These people had called me for months!  I finally called Verizon and they couldn?t do anything unless they were threatening phone calls.  They pointed me to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and I logged a call with them.  The calls from that number have stopped but now I?m getting them from 888-296-6101? also posted on this site. It never ends. I am also registered with the Do Not Call list for years. I suppose that doesn?t matter to this type of crooks anyway!

Broadwing is small time, they are provided that # by FDN, or Florida Digital Network. That's who I hold responsible. Reverse it on white pages.com to see who the true carrier is.

This is a Ft Lauderdale, FL phone number that is owned by BROADWING COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - FL which I found using http://www.fonefinder.net. Broadwing's website is http://www.broadwing.com/.

I think the best course of action is to complain to the Florida Public Service Commission by calling their complaint line at 1-800-342-3552 and also calling Broadwing at 720-888-1000. Maybe someone will get the message.

Phone rings but no one responds when I answer.  I did get a call about a week ago from someone saying that I hadn't used a travel package or some such thing, but I don't remember whether it was from this number.

I am tired of these phone calls. It used to be that you couldn't get the phone numbers of telamarketers. Then they came out with caller ID. Now you can get phone numbers but you can't do anything ? give me a break! We joined the DO NOT CALL list and we still get these calls. Why won't the phone company coorerate? they know who owns the phone number !I called them back and it is an answering machine. Just leave me alone !!!!!

These guys just called, sounding all official.... he had a database of people who hadn't used their vacation package (I didn't use mine about 2 years ago).  They wanted to 'renew' my vaca package - for just $99.00!  I asked his co. name and telephone number - HE HUNG UP.  THIS IS A SCAM, PEOPLE!

Similar results here. Calls almost every day, all times of day, never late at night though thankfully. I've never answered it and they always get my answering machine and have never left any kind of message. Finally Googled the number and found this page. Nice to know. Went to the FCC complaint page and filed a complaint. Everyone else should do the same. It's quick and easy. The link provided by the poster on here to the FCC was helpful, thanks.

We get calls once or twice a day on our home phone from this number.  I only attempted to answer it once, but I figured it was a telemarketing number of some sort.  This is so annoying because of being registered with the do-not-call list.  I will report this number also to the FCC.  Maybe someone could file class action lawsuits against those who harass us.  I have started keeping a log of all such numbers as these.

This same # 954 727-1883 called me a few days ago and on my answering machine they kept saying hello, is kevin there..must have said it 4 or 5 times. They're too dumb to realize they were talking to a machine. Must have really ticked them off since they havent tried since.

Report these guys to the National "Do Not Call" Registry, if you have registered over 31 days ago.  They will prosecute and take criminal action if they are found to be in violation of that registry.

This isn't a collection agency, and we're not debtor's. Some assclown tried to sell my wife some vacation package. If he calls back, now I know where to find him. I'll break both of his hands so he can't call anyone for a long time. We went on a honeymoon and soon after we got back the calls started.

This number called my home yesterday and today. My mother-in-law answered and they asked for me by name. I have an odd name so it was not by chance. Reading all these details, I am thinking this could become a nightmare. Has anyone actually reported this number and got results?

They had called me and hung up at least ten times over the last few days and, ironically, as I was looking this number up here - they called again and I finally talked to a human being!!!

It is a company called "Specialy Travel" and they are trying to sell vacation packages to Florida, Cancun, etc.  

It is a total scam (I got ripped for $500 a couple of years ago). I finally just told them to mail me information so that they would not call anymore.  Hopefully it works!

Constantly calls and no one leaves messages.

I answered to a man and woman screaming and fighting, then the man said he would come into our home for unknown reasons. I immediately hung up the phone. When they called back within seconds, I listened as the woman spoke softly in my line. I am not sure of the language she was using, but I swear she said something about "Satan." What can I do to stop this harrasment? Maddie

It's a scam.  Just ignore the call.

I got the call from the same number today.  They didn't leave a voice mail and when I called back I could'nt leave a message because the mailbox was full.
