I get these freekin calls every single day. I for one always screen my calls and they hang up every day. The phone companied need to give people FREE caller ID and let us report these calls and then TAKE ACTION< I am on the do not call list as well and they just keep calling. I think Im am going to take it up with mu local politician that want my vote this year, if the phone companied CAN NOT take any action, then they need NOT take my money right. I suggest to all to tell your phone companied just that. Thanks for letting me vernt.

These criminal telemarketers illegally leave fake information on your Caller ID.  The only way to stop them from calling you again and again (using different spoofed Caller ID info each time) is to report them using their real identities.  Information on how to do this can be found at the only web site whose focus is to do just that:  www.heatherwithaccountservices.com.

They left me messages for months while I was at work during the day. They finally called while I was home, and I asked them to stop calling me. They agreed.

The next time they called me, I asked for the name of their organization. They just hung up.

The next time they called, I once again pressed "1" to speak to an agent, and I got disconnected.

The National Do Not Call List is a total joke.  I have been on it since the week it started, I still get daily telemarketing calls!  I report every single one to the FCC, I have no previous business w/ these callers.  When I report the FCC sends me the same 2 forms, either saying I didn't fill out the form properly or saying they are investigating then I never hear from them again.

But I did find a way to get the calls to stop.  If you're on that registry, and everyone should be, and there's a violation, just do a reverse phone search and make a BBB complaint against them!  Works every time!  Take my advice, get them to stop calling in this manner!

Same here - I called 954-733-7981 and got this number has been disconnected - call came in 2 weeks ago.

I've gotten calls from this number on my cell and no message is left.  I thought I was on the cell do not call list for a reason?

Missed a call from this number about 6 PM on 3-10-08.  Strange thing was that instead of a name on the Caller ID, it had a City.

upon checking "missed calls" i called 1 954 733-7981. i placed a call to this number and a recorded message states that this number is no longer valid. i beleive this could be a "con artist"

Got called twice, when answered, they hung up.  Reverse called the number back, but recording says no longer in service (rigged recording most likely).

Have had two calls I see on my caller ID.  They have not left a message and I have not called back.

The message told me that my warranty was expired and that I needed to talk to a representative. I connected to a represenative and they asked for the make and mileage. I said "Hi, I'm wondering what warranty I have and what company is this?" Then he hung up.

I received a call today, March 10, 2008 at 2:33pm. It was a recorded call about a car warranty needing to be renewed. I don't have any business with a company who has car warranties.

Pretty much , if you type down your personal # on the WorldWideWeb you will be getting some kind of annoying calls sooner or later . Remember - it is your own doing for putting it online . This is also how bill collectors find you . They have people working for them - looking for #'s on myspace , yahoo , aol , singshot , any and everywhere people go to reach out to thier friends , family and others !! Yes the bill collecters pay people like you and me , to do searches for names , even to become friends with the person , so you can obtain the # . A friend of mines , Aunt was working for one of them in Illinios and she quit the job when they asked her to do it . But alot of people will just do it for a paycheck . People be wise , be carefull ! Got a call from this number at 1:55 AZ time and it was the auto warranty pitch...I dont have a warranty so I just pressed 2 which it said my number had been "removed" - I registered for the DO NOT CALL LIST and that is pure violation of that order.

They call me at least 3 times a week. I have asked to be removed from their list many times. Several times I tried using their automated system. Once I attempted to be removed by one of their operators, who hung up on me. Once I actually reached a guy was was very nice, apologized, and promised to remove my phone number. The calls continue. They have identified themselves as the Warrantee Activation Center and claim they operate out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

I did a search on Versa Debt, as this appears to be the "company" using the number. I found this article (http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/279/RipOff0279316.htm) where a former employee describes his experiences there. It apparently is also known as Federated Financial Services and has plenty of complaints listed on the Rip Off Report website; they even started a smear campaign against the consumer advocacy website a few years back and have threatened people with bodily harm and worse, based on what I read there:
