Yea it's sales worked here also for two months no loyalty at all mr Harvey and Kate are horrible ppl that use ppl they no good to the company Dave needs to fire them before they run the company down they don't lay you for training and u have to pay to start work and it's not worth it

I worked here it's an sales job that's door to door knocking and my job was to call and lie to people to get them come in for a job  and was recently let go with no warning all because we didn't get enough ppl to come in for that horrible position ...we read a script cold call you DONT FALL FOR THIS JOB U ALSO NEED TO HAVE A CAR TO WORK HERE U DRIVE TO PPL HOME AND SELL LIFE INSURANCE

I got the same phone call,  they told me they  found my resume online and they feel that my qualification are perfect for the position  of Benefit Director of Union Workers for West Palm Beach, I don't think I am going to show up I can scam them too.

i recieved a phone call today from a lady named kai sounded very unprofessional i had to ask many questions and it just didnt sound right!!! good thing there something called the internet !!!! GOOGLE your the best!!!!!

Like others here, got the call and was initially excited about the opportunity and real interview.  Decided to do some homework prior to heading up to Pompano Beach for the interview and like most everyone here discovered that this is bullsh*t!  

What upsets me is I asked if this is a salaried position and was told "Yes, with your qualification you'll fall between $70K-100K".  That is just an OUT RIGHT LIE!!!  I'm going to report this company to the BBB. What they are doing is wrong and preying on people's hope.  Not cool!  Report these people and get them to stop this nonsense.

The woman who called me said, "no cold calling, no selling, just working with police, fire and court employees helping them with their benefits package".  Simply UNETHICAL!!!

Got a call from 954-369-2199 from some ghetto pompano chick, she tried to convince me that Mike Russo wanted to interview me for a benefits director position that I did not apply for with Torchmark Corporation (a texas insurance company).  Key questions to ask anyone that calls you claiming to want to interview you for a job.  

1.  name of company and hiring manager
2.  location of corporate office and ceo name
3.  call back number
4.  type of interview
5.  how they got your name and number
6. duties of the job (she said as benefits director I would be explaining and presenting information to clients), thats not what the benefits director does.

Got a call from the same number (354-369-2199); Msg was left on my voicemail (sounded like a recording); didn't catch the lady's name,but did state the call was from Williams-Zophin. Stated that she found my resume posted online; didn't specify where she found my resume (I do have my resume posted on several places), and didn't specify what position was open. Message was left to call at 954-317-1248. I was about ready to call and set up an interview. I decided to Google the company, went to this link, and started reading the comments. After reading these comments, I don't think I will be calling to set up an interview. It is a shame how some people prey upon people who are desperate to find employment

I received a phone call as well from Genie (954) 317-1274 to go to an interview in the Pompano Office 2800 Gateway Drive tomorrow at 10am. She said that she saw my resume on Monster.com and would like to interview me for the Benefits Director position. She also explained a little about the position, told me to dress in business attire and to bring a resume and 2 references, she said if I had any questions I could call her back. The weird part was that she gave me a confirmation number to present at the interview then proceeded to ask for my e-mail...If you saw my resume wouldn't you already know my e-mail? She told me that Henry would be interviewing me. I specifically asked her before we hung up if there was any sales involved in the position and she lied and said no, that I would be giving customers that called in information and doing marketing. Since I am desperate for a job I chose to believe her. But when I did not receive an e-mail for hours I started to get skeptical and then researched the company as soon as I read the e-mail. This was a link to research the company WWW.TORCHMARKCORP.COM yet there were no locations for careers in Florida. This is the specific signature on the e-mail: Williams- Zophin - THE TORCHMARK CORP. DO NOT GO TO THE INTERVIEW AND WASTE YOUR TIME...I KNOW I WONT!

You will be in and out of rats roach and insect infested homes in the ghettos of Miami selling life insurance.
I know because I went thru it I made some money but the the amount you spend driving back and forth burning your own gas is truly not worth it I burned 39k of my own money working for that company

I just got home and had a message from Tinisha again!  I didn't show up for my interview last week and they're calling me this week because they can't remember last weeks appointments!  Don't respond to the number 954-317-1271!

I received a call at around 1:00pm stated that my resume was reviewed by the Director the company and the director was interested in my resume. An inteview was schedule for Thursday at 10:00AM at the West Palm Beach location. The lady asked me to dress professional. Her name is Melinda and she also asked me to furnished her with two reference letter along with an updated copy of my resume. After reading all the post I will not be wasting my precious time. I do not do sales or marketing so wowowowowowow these people are off the chain. Not to mention she asked for my email address as to confirm my schedule appointment.

You should know what you're going to do after all these posts! Don't go and waste your time!

I received the call today and schedule an appointment for tuesday at 10 am... Now I don't know what to do...

I knew something was up! I got the call this morning from Tinisha, 954-317-1271. Job is for Benefits Manager, interview with Mike on Thurs at 10:30 in Pompano Beach.  I'm not going, waste my time! If it were a real position they would not have to go looking for people!

I just received a call also and I am a teacher and she said that I am qualified for a Benefits Director. She wanted to schedule an interview. I told my friend who is seeking employment about the position. Glad I read reviews I will let her know it's a SCAM....LIE..

I received a call from 954-317-1269 and spoke with Shakira who setup a meeting tomorrow morning with Chris Earl at 14400 NW 77th Court, Miami Lakes, 33016 and listed the office number as 786-207-4374.  Told me that I would be applying for the position of Benefits Director. She said that I would be dealing with Union Members, I would get a paid 2 week training, Dental and Medical Insurance. Good thing for Google I stumbled onto this page....

yup,, got a call from 954-369-2199 to interview tomorow. figured I research it and seen all your comments. But now the directions for interview are in pompano beach not Miami lakes. exact address is 2800 Gateway Drive, Pompano Beach,Florida 33069. Sounds like a scam to me. plus I'm not into selling insurance and s*** like that and probably only get paid if you sell. f*** that!  I'll think ill go with nice jeans and polo shirt and bring my friend cop with me and see if they still interview me. I'll ask if my cop can come into interview because he's thinking of changing careers. ha!

I got a call from (954) 369-2199 saying the same as all these other posts.. Didnt catch the ladys name nor the companie. Sounded extremly fishy since i dont recall applying for anything like this, is not in my location range and i barely meet a "director" requirment. When asked about hours lady said couldn't answer and will send email with directions for an appointment on thursday... While this whole conversation was going on you could hear her and i guess partners laughing in the background... Thinking is a scam. After reading all comments here i just wonder if someone actually went ??

OMG!!! I am so hopeful for a job opportunity that I as well as many others got caught up  in the excitement.  I decided to look up the job posting with Monster's web site and NADA.  And now I'm seeing how this has been going on for at least a year.  Someone commented that it is a legit business opportunity but only when your told ahead of time what their business is exactly. If you are not into pushy sales techniques this is not for you and definetly NOT FOR ME.  I have my Masters. Degree in Industrial Hygiene and that is what I want to be doing so my good people any leads around Hollywood FL?

He's what's listed on the FLA.Dept.of State site about this company. you should check if the company is registered in business with the state before going on a interview.   Company name is: Williams Siphon Agency LLC-VERY Important,  look up LLC's definition. Address 300 S Pine Island Rd #308, city listed as both Davie & Plantation, why? Red flag. Thomas B . Williams is registered agent. Manager/Managing Member : Thomaa B. Williams.
