Called, dead air - returned call, private TN

This caller keeps on calling and when I pickup the phone there is no answer.When I call back it says the phone has been disconnected.

I keep getting calls from the same number but when i call back it says your international call can not be completed as dialed

Have received 3 calls from this number. The first caller told me I was rude. The second time they just hung up. The third time my husband told the caller he couldn't understand him (heavy foreign accent) and he hung up.

This number has called me 3 times in the last day... I answered it the 1st time, no one there. ignored the last two calls -

He keeps calling me Richard cuses me out
