As far as I know Scorpion has broaden its interests into medical research. the company is working closely with many doctors, who do R&D. Every one of them has a registered business. That might be why there is so many companies registered under one address. If they succeed in cooperation it might be a good investment. The question is - will they succeed and when? Is IPO a real possibility?

I have visited the SP as well in Fort Lauderdale as Ocola and hacve seen a very proffessional engineering operation,state of the art.So assets are effectively there and in operation.The output is growing substantialy....however a high % of the capital collected via outside US investers has gone to brookers,between 30 and 40% for there sales and marketing costs.Nearly the entire investment has been financed by us (fools) non US citzens.The company has nearly no debt to financial or other institutions except 2mioUSD to a former coowner director.
The cash position is weak and new financement wil be needed to finalise the new Ocola factory.
Opening is planned soon , this or next quarter.It my strong believe that previous brookers have taken the names and coordinates with them and try to set up new deals.
SP will have to make a quantum jump in sales with improved margins to deal with the over 10 mio USD losses. The sales volumes /revenues are increasing sunstantial the last 3 quarters but do not reach 3 mio USD........the promised exit will be in the greek calender somewhere; Best Sven.

A person close to me has invested a great deal of money in Scorpion Performance. Personally I am convinced that it is a scam but I don´t have enough information to convince my friend. Therefore I would be most grateful for any information about this matter. Issues that might be good to adress are:

James eu, do you know why a lot of people think that Scorpion Performance is a scam? Yes it is true that they are legitimate, and that they are competitive. However, seems like they are involved in a series of illegal stock trading. Please read more outside this website and maybe that will change your opinion ayt?

Don't loose any sleep pal the company is sound, beware of the scaremongers QT have no association with Scorpion they offer to buy your shares at an unrealistic price they ask for a fee to be deposited in their account thats the scam.

your assertion that scorpion performance are scamers is total nonesence.this company is totally legitamate,a very modern well equiped and well run company with great ideas for future growth great product lines and  a great service to offer. the link"corporationwiki" shows nothing unusual,these companies are wholly owned subsideries of SP some may be dormant others are operating normally for the good of the group. You need to check your facts before posting scurrilous remarks here.

I'm a little bit confused here, I myself invested a small amount in the company in 2007, then I was invited by them to see their facility.
I spoke to Stopanio and I liked the guy, and his drive, so i actually invested more in the company, and yes they promise and promise to float and it is postponed every time, and it is anoying.
on the otherhand the company is for real, it produces and sells parts, it is growing and develloping you can follow them on facebook, you find registration papers of the companies.
Corporate reports filled with the SEC. so besides that they postpone their flotation, what is the scam here??
however on QT I don't know what to believe here, this is for me more of a scam then Scorpion, ebven if I had already talks with a few people who actually visited them and did see all their equipment, and they were also as convinced by QT as I was myself with Scorpion, So I guess only time will tell who was right, but one thing I will not invest a cent more then I did until now with them.
You guys really got me doubting, and caused me some sleepless nights.

Will you look at that! I was called by four tax consulting companies last week regarding shares being sold by Scorpion Performance. Well, I guess I am lucky I didn't purchase any. This is a very alarming mess here. And I did Google 'Scorpion Performance SCAM' and found out the whole connection of stories regarding the companies deceiving marketing style.

Their place needs to be investigated, honestly.

amazing....how can all those companies have the same address and be started by the same people...it looks like a very elaborate scam having all those companies connected to one another.i wonder how many of them are trying to sell pre ipo shares.

Warning SCAM alert! Watch out for Scorpion Performance SCAM.  Somebody from a tax company just called me up saying that they have been recently in contract with Scorpion Performance and is offering me shares from the company. I asked the personal information of scorpion along with details and so they privately relayed me some of the information. They gave me their website at: http://www.scorpionperformance.com/newsite1/ and the information I need. But because of the growing fraud of these telemarketers, I made my research on the internet and guess what I found.

If you go to the above stated website you will find Scorpion Performance at 3000 SW 4th Ave Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315. I searched that, and found this:

Wow there?s a lot of companies listed in that location, about 20+ and what?s even fishier is that the people who are listed as owners are all the same. It?s definitely one of the SCAM companies so beware. Watch it Scorpion Performance, the boiler rooms you contracted are of no good. If you want to SCAM somebody do it in jail.

Thank you for providing some link to us, we have a starting point here now. You see there's a lot of speculations right now that there is a link between QT and Scorpion Performance.

As an investor, I would not recommend anybody to deal with them at the moment. It could be very dangerous to do business transactions with the marketers holding Scorpion Performance stocks. I'll look in to this more. Thanks.

thanks christine for your information i always knew that scorpion performance was one big long scam and the connection with qt globe is quite evident,have heard that they are now calling clients trying to get more money out of them with the guarantee of going public once again.am tracking down the con artists who sold this s*** with the help of a private detective,will make headway soon dont you worry.then we will see them all running for cover,as for stopanio he will get his eventually.
